Lage
Cala de Sant Vicente ist ein kleiner Ferienort an der felsigen Nordküste und besteht aus drei kleinen Stränden sowie einige Bars und Restaurants. Sie können zu Fuß die anderen Strände erkunden.
Der Ort ist wie geschaffen für einen erholsamen Urlaub auf Mallorca in abgeschiedener Lage.
Supermärkte, Bars, Restaurants und Ausflugszentren befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der wunderschöne kristallklare Strand von Cala Molins ist nur 50 Meter entfernt.
Die Altstadt von Pollensa ist nur 10 Autominuten entfernt und ist bei weitem einer der beliebtesten Orte im Norden Mallorcas. Hier gibt es eine große Auswahl an exklusiven Restaurants und Cafés, die den individuellen Geschmack der Besucher treffen.
Seit vielen Jahren kommen Künstler aus aller Welt nach Pollensa, um sich von der Landschaft und der Serra de Tramuntana inspirieren zu lassen. Auch zahlreiche Berühmtheiten wie Winston Churchill, Agatha Christie, der britische Schriftsteller Peter Ustinov und viele andere haben diesen schönen Ort als Urlaubsziel gewählt.
Die Wahrzeichen des Dorfes sind die 365 Stufen und der Kalvarienberg, auf dessen Spitze sich eine kleine Barockkapelle aus dem 18. Jahrhundert befindet. Jede Stufe symbolisiert einen Tag des Jahres.
In der historischen Atmosphäre von Pollença finden zahlreiche kulturelle Veranstaltungen und Musikfestivals statt.
Seine perfekte Lage macht es zu einem privilegierten Urlaubsziel.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place is spacious and in an incredible spot, right by the beach. The sun loungers for the building are a huge bonus and the restaurant it adjoins to is run by the friendliest family and has great food!

The property could benefit from extra blankets and pillows as one of our sons was feeling poorly so needed a little extra warmth however we were there in peak heat so managed without, just. I can't stress enough how picture perfect this place is so close to the sea and quiet. The communication was amazing throughout and we won't hesitate to return the food at the barcas restaurant was fantastic and everyone locally really seemed to care and be happy to have us. Adored every last second didn't want to leave. Thanks to all for a truly amazing holiday xx

We loved our stay here. Me and my girlfriend have a 2yr old and the location was perfect for us being right on the beach and no traffic to worry about. We came for 10 days at the end of April, there were enough people around so it felt like somethingmehr anzeigen
We loved our stay here. Me and my girlfriend have a 2yr old and the location was perfect for us being right on the beach and no traffic to worry about. We came for 10 days at the end of April, there were enough people around so it felt like something was going on but definitely not over crowded. The restaurant to the left ‘Restaurant Cala Barques’ is run by a lovely man called Michael and we’d highly recommend going there. The accommodation itself was really nice and clean and everything worked as it should do, we cooked quite a bit, the kitchen was well serviced. The comments from others around the smell of damp and noise from upstairs are true, there is no sound insulation between your bedroom and upstairs so you can hear people walking around, it didn’t particularly bother us. The damp smell isn’t that strong either but there is no ventilation at the rear of the property only windows at the front so it is inevitable. We would definitely come back and really enjoyed our stay

Lock box for key meant we could go for a swim without the worry of leaving key in the beach. Bottle of wine on arrival was a lovely touch.

Ne pas y aller pour le calme par contre car sur le passage des gens qui vont à la plage, restaurant à côté très sympathique mais vraiment collé à l'appartement et gros soucis d'insonorisation avec l'appartement du dessus, on vit avec eux... idéalement situé, commerces à côté mais besoin d'une voiture si vous voulez visiter, on a pas testé mais il y a un arrêt de bus juste au dessus de l'appartement les petits plus seraient un lave vaisselle et un robinet extérieur pour se rincer les pieds au retour de plage

Wonderful location! Quiet, with the sound of the waves constantly in the background. This is superb location literally on the beach: 2 staps to the sundeck and 10m down to the beach. Choices…. 15m to the right and left you’ll find excellent restauranmehr anzeigen

Choices…. 15m to the right and left you’ll find excellent restaurants: baby squid, octopus, clams, etc. There are a couple of small shops for your daily groceries and bigger supermarkets are a 10min drive away. And if you’re a cyclist: 10km to the start of Cap de Formentor. We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely come back to this place.

A very pleasant stay in a fantastic location. The location of this cottage is perfect. Right on the beach in a beautiful bay. The cottage is simple, but has all the necessary facilities. The beds were quite hard and not very comfortable. The restauramehr anzeigen

In the morning it was sometimes a bit noisy because of the activities restaurants. The communication was mainly via whatsapp with Home Villas 360. There was always a quick response, but somewhat business like.

We had a great holiday at this beautiful little house. It was in a great location. There is a couple of hotels next to it but they are on the other side away from the beach side so you are not affected by then and it is really quiet. There is alovelymehr anzeigen
We had a great holiday at this beautiful little house. It was in a great location. There is a couple of hotels next to it but they are on the other side away from the beach side so you are not affected by then and it is really quiet. There is alovely restaurant next to the property but again it is very quiet in the morning and does not open late. We stayed around the house a lot more than we thought we would as it was so relaxing. Also very easy to get the bus to Pollenca 10 mins away. Would thoroughly recommend this place.

Absolutely great location, directly at the beach. You even have some exclusive sun beds on your private sun terrace you can use! We enjoyed relaxing here a lot, especially in the morning when all tourists from the large hotels had their breakfast.Themehr anzeigen

We enjoyed relaxing here a lot, especially in the morning when all tourists from the large hotels had their breakfast.The apartment is by far not as bright as it looks on the pictures, however that’s due to the old houses and the way they were built. Unfortunately the apartment had no basic inventory like soap, toilet paper, salt, pepper...

Het huis staat op een geweldige plek met een prachtig uitzicht over de baai. Het is erg fijn om een eigen terras te hebben met ligbedden. Om de zee in te gaan moet je wel even een trapje af naar het strand. Er wordt vanuit Pep heel duidelijk en snelgmehr anzeigen

Om de zee in te gaan moet je wel even een trapje af naar het strand. Er wordt vanuit Pep heel duidelijk en snelgecommuniceerd en gereageerd. Bij aankomst word je vriendelijk ontvangen en je krijgt veel tips over mogelijke dingen die er te zien zijn op het eiland. Wij zouden er zo weer naar terug gaan.

11-16 april 2019. Dear, we recommend this place to everyone! This place is more beautifull then anyone can ever imagine! This is the perfect holiday destination :). The house is situated in a little bay and liturally 5 stairs away from the beach!Alsomehr anzeigen
11-16 april 2019. Dear, we recommend this place to everyone! This place is more beautifull then anyone can ever imagine! This is the perfect holiday destination :). The house is situated in a little bay and liturally 5 stairs away from the beach!Also our kids had the time of their life! The weather was perfect and we even had a dive into the beautifull blue and clear water! We enjoyed paella in the local restaurants, very nice trips to the natural park of Alcudia and calobra and enjoyed villages like Pollenca and Binissalem, where we had an amazing good pasta in terra di vino. Thank you Pep for giving us a great holiday!

We had a fantastic time here. The location of the cottage is just stunning and the whole cove is beautiful. Pep was really friendly and helpful. We would love to come back in the future.

We can just recommend it. Perfect location, one step out the door and you are are right at the beach, the apt was clean and had all those little fisherman details. We had our own sunbeds (2 for each apt) and our daughter ❤️just had the greatesttime bmehr anzeigen

The location is super, not many tourist, restaurants right beside the apt and 3 supermarkets are 2 min away. We will definitely come back. It's just perfect. Thanks very much for the welcoming us so warm as well.
