Die Villa ist perfekt für jede Jahreszeit geeignet, da sie über eine Klimaanlage und einen Kamin im Wohn- und Esszimmer verfügt. Es hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche, 3 Schlafzimmer, zwei davon mit Doppelbetten und das dritte mit zwei Einzelbetten. Die Schlafräume teilen sich gemeinsam ein Bad und eine Toilette. Alle Fenster sind mit Moskitonetze ausgestattet.
Im Außenbereich gibt es einen großen Salzwasserpool. Die Villa verfügt ebenso über eine Dachterrasse mit fantastischem Blick auf die Tramontana Gebirge.
In unmittelbarer Nähe sind gute Restaurants in denen Sie traditionelle mallorquinische und internationale Gerichte probieren können.

Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal, für Ausflüge sowohl in die Berge der Westküste als auch an den wunderschönen Muro-Strand sehr gut geeignet. Über die Autobahn gelangt man gut in den Süden der Insel. Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir haben hier Anfang Mai eine schöne Woche verbracht. Die Finca überzeugt vor allem im Aussenbereich durch einen tollen, großen Garten, Pool, BBQ Stelle und drei Terrassen, sodass man immer die Sonne und den Ausblick auf die umliegende Naturgenießenmehr anzeigen
Wir haben hier Anfang Mai eine schöne Woche verbracht. Die Finca überzeugt vor allem im Aussenbereich durch einen tollen, großen Garten, Pool, BBQ Stelle und drei Terrassen, sodass man immer die Sonne und den Ausblick auf die umliegende Naturgenießen kann. Die Finca liegt nur wenige Minuten von Pollenca entfernt. Traumstrände wie die Platja de Formentor oder Platja de Muro sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war unkompliziert und problemlos. Der Check-In komplett kontaktlos und jederzeit möglich.

The rooms are clean with comfortable beds and lots of closet space. The kitchen has essentials to cook meals and snacks. The terraces and pool are perfect for enjoying sunshade all day. Clear instructions for locating and entering the house are provided. It is an easy drive to/from the airport, city, beach, whatever. Air con in every room! …Response from the host was not great. Possibly due to it being off-season. The property management company always eventually got back to me but it took time. It took hours to try to find out what kind of coffee machine was in the kitchen. (FYI It’s a great espresso machine that takes ground coffee). This was annoying but not terrible for me. There was a small misunderstanding about an amenity but it was resolved after a day. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Villa Granoters by homevillas360. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. The hob is induction which is a little confusing if you've never used one but fine once you get the hang of it. The bedrooms are basic but adequate and the beds are comfortable. The real joy of the place is the surrounding including the pool and garden areas which are well looked after. There are beautiful views of the mountains in every direction and as the name suggests visitors can follow the sun from the pool side, around the house and up on to the roof terrace so they can enjoy every last minute of the sunshine. We had a wonderful time and would happily recommend!
