La Finca Es Coste es una casa exclusiva con una capacidad máxima para 9 personas, situada en el precioso pueblo de Pollença, a menos de 8 Km de la playa.
En el exterior, podrán apreciar las vistas increíbles hacía el pueblo de Pollença. Además, cuenta con una terraza con piscina privada de 7m x3 m, perfecta para refrescarse en los días calurosos de verano, con tumbonas y una zona cubierta, con barbacoa de obra, donde pasar grandes veladas al aire libre.
Nada más entrar a la casa, se encontrarán con un comedor amplio y rural, una mesa en el centro con un cómodo sofá y televisión. Además, cuenta con una estufa de leña para los fríos inviernos. Desde este espacio podrán acceder a la cocina totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario para sus vacaciones.
Desde la sala de estar, podrán acceder también a una de las habitaciones dobles con armarios y a un baño totalmente equipado. Al subir las escaleras se encontrarán con cuatro habitaciones con un estilo ibicenco que les encantarán, 2 con 1 cama de matrimonio, 1 con 2 camas individuales y otra con 3 camas individuales. También hay otra sala de estar con un sofá y 2 butacas y un baño completo en esta planta.
La propiedad se encuentra a las afueras del pueblo de Pollensa y a menos de 10 minutos a pie del centro. En el pueblo encontrarán todos los servicios necesarios para que su estancia sea la mejor que hayan pasado en Mallorca. La ubicación es idílica para visitar cualquier parte de la isla.

El alojamiento es muy lindo y comodo, las instrucciones son muy simples y tener autonomia a la hora de entrares muy apreciable. Vimos al dueño un dia y fue muy amigable al igual que Joan. Volveria para estar mas tiempo.

It was in a very peaceful quiet area which made it perfect to just relax but within walking distance of Pollensa town which meant we could nip to the shops and go out for dinner everyday. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking to escape the busyness of everyday life. Joan was super responsive and helpful. The only minus was the ant infestation and the place could have done with a proper deep clean as opposed to a more superficial one.

He even replaced dishwasher since the old one was not working properly. There are lots of stray cats that leave nearby but they're friendly and come looking for food- please feed them if you can.

L’hôte a été très à l’écoute et réactif tout au long de notre séjour. L’arrivée a été très flexible : nous avons même pu accéder au logement en avance, ce qui était très appréciable après un vol matinal. Il nous a également recommandé un taxi pour notre départ très tôt le matin, ce qui a grandement facilité l’organisation. Je recommande sans hésitation ce logement !

Für den heissen Sommer aber zu empfehlen, da die dicken Wände dke Wohnung kühl lassen.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Finca. The place is absolutely beautiful and the pool area is amazing. The communication with the hosts has been extremely easy and they are responsive and proactive. The location just outside of pollença is perfect, taking 10 minutes to walk to the centre for dinner and drinks but being far enough away towards the hills that you feel secluded and away from hustle and bustle. The only thing worth mentioning is that the property doesn’t have air-con (which is clearly stated in the bio) but the first half of our week was extremely hot so if you are averse to the heat maybe book in slightly cooler months. Otherwise we had an amazing stay and will definitely be returning next year!

Unfortunately there was a bad musty smell in the living room and lower bedroom we were not able to get rid of despite opening the windows all the time. It was obviously due to clamminess in this area. Things could have been cleaner, especially in the kitchen most of the stuff was very dusty. We personally did not mind but the landlord that lives occasionally on the ground in another house has an old dog that strolls around free. We first thought that a random dog came in from the street. The dog was begging for food constantly and doing his business on the ground. While the dog being friendly, we would have preferred not to have a surprise dog around that no one seemed to care about. The pool area is beautiful and the kitchen ver well equipped. Loved the orange and lemon trees. Overall we just expected more, given the price.

We were a group of 7 staying a week in the house! It was beautiful, the pool and in general outside area was outstanding! Close to Pollença old town and easy to take the bus to Port de Pollença😄 Only thing to mention was the extreme heat this time atver más
We were a group of 7 staying a week in the house! It was beautiful, the pool and in general outside area was outstanding! Close to Pollença old town and easy to take the bus to Port de Pollença😄 Only thing to mention was the extreme heat this time at year - also inside the house. We had fans, but the hot air in the evening and during the night simply couldn’t get out.. Nevertheless, very recommendable!!🌟

We had a lovely week in Pollenca as a group of four friends. We especially loved the pool area and also the stone table in the patio where we had breakfast everyday outside. There are lemon trees in the garden and vines that cover the terrace from above. Beautiful. Things you should be aware of: - The country road is very close and as the house is a little up the hill the noise can be heard at the house - Unfortunately, we were badly bitten by mosquitoes at night. One solution would be to install fly screens on the windows, at least in the bedrooms. - the kitchen could be a little better equipped. In particular, we missed sharp knives and there was no bread knife. There was also no washing-up liquid.

Very good contact with the manager of the property, helpful and responding immediately if needed. Clean swimming pooI in a perfect relaxing place in the garden. I would reccomend the finca for a holiday stay with family and friends.

Die Finca ist sehr schön an einem Hang gelegen und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Haus bietet viel Privatsphäre und trotzdem ist das Zentrum von Pollença in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Auch die Poolanlage mit den Sonnenliegen ist sehr schön gesver más

Simply put, one of the best places I have ever stayed in. The photos scarcely do justice to how beautiful the house and its surroundings are. It is perfectly placed for accessing mallorca’s excellent public transport, and the shops and bars of Pollença, while also seeming totally private and tranquil. Nothing beats lounging around your own pool and taking in the mountain views. Highly recommend!

Enfin une maison ( ancienne ferme) fidèle aux origines de ce site : vraie, vivante, chaleureuse ! Et en plus elle est idéalement située 5 min a pied de la ville, au pied de plusieurs petites randos, non loin du port et de la mer . Son proprietaire etver más

Piscine superbe, fraicheur à l'intérieur top pour l'été. On a adoré ces 4 jours en famille !

A magical place! We were privileged to be the owner’s first guests in this country-style masia and it feels homely and well-loved. The pool area is beautiful even though April is still a bit cool to stay in the water too long. The wood / charcoal bbqver más
A magical place! We were privileged to be the owner’s first guests in this country-style masia and it feels homely and well-loved. The pool area is beautiful even though April is still a bit cool to stay in the water too long. The wood / charcoal bbq is terrific too. An easy walk to the town (cafes, restaurants, shops) - breakfast at La Mar Dolça was a highlight. Also the walk up Puig de Maria is great (but steep!) One thing to keep in mind when deciding what to pack: the nature of the building (very thick stone walls) means it’s always quite cool inside the house.

Die Finca war wie auf den Bildern. Joan hat sehr proaktiv kommuniziert. Auch bei Problemen hat Joan immer sehr schnell reagiert und war interessiert alles schnell zu lösen.
