Finca increíble en el Puerto de Pollença para disfrutar con familia o amigos de sus merecidas vacaciones en la isla.
La zona exterior de la finca es muy amplia, está bien cuidada y oculta por la gran vegetación del jardín, que ofrece muchas zonas de sombra. Además, hay una gran piscina de 10m x 5m, una terraza cubierta con comedor y una sala comedor independiente acristalada, con barbacoa de obra y sitio para todos para comer o sentarse a tomar algo. En el jardín podrá relajarse o tomar el sol en una tumbona, pegar un chapuzón, leer un buen libro, preparar deliciosas barbacoas o jugar una partida de ping-pong.
La casa tiene una sala de estar muy grande con acceso al jardín, aire acondicionado, comedor y cocina totalmente equipada. Hay 3 habitaciones con aire acondicionado, una con dos camas individuales y dos con cama doble. Una de las habitaciones con cama doble tiene un baño en suite con ducha y acceso directo al jardín. Hay otro baño con ducha entre las otras dos habitaciones. En el salón podrán descansar en el sofá y disfrutar de la TV por satélite en diferentes idiomas.
La finca está situada en zona rural, pero a poco menos de 1 Km está la Bahía de Pollença, donde podrán disfrutar del gran paseo marítimo, la playa y practicar deportes acuáticos como windsurf o kitesurf. No se puede perder Pollença, que se encuentra a 4 Km en coche, y disfrutar del centro histórico, subir la escalinata del Calvari o pasear por las calles empedradas. Si le gusta la naturaleza, a unos 5 Km se encuentra l'Albufera, una reserva natural donde podrá disfrutar de su flora y fauna.

- Hay 5 gatos viviendo en el jardín de la Finca.

Vinimos mis amigas y yo a celebrar mi cumpleaños 5 días y sin duda volveríamos sin pensarnoslo. Se necesita coche para hacer cosas, pero no nos supone un problema ya que queríamos tranquilidad y estar alejada de todo lo turísico. Hay ocas y gallos dever más

My family and I had a great time here for our holiday. The place was clean and tidy and was well suited to all of our needs. The outdoor space is simply amazing and well kept by the owner, Pep. Inside was spacious enough for 5 adults and a baby and was well air conditioned which was needed from spending the day in the heat! The location is great as it is only 5 mins from the port and 15 mins from Alcudia, though you do need a car to travel. The only thing I would say is that there seems to be a minor ant problem in the kitchen but you just need to make sure that food is kept away and it is left clean which didn’t bother us. Thank you for a great stay!

Joan is fantastic. He really helped make the stay better with his quick answers to our questions and helpful assistance whenever needed. The villa was great. Perfect for our family. There are some areas that are showing their age but nothing that got in the way of our enjoyment. The only thing of note for future guests is that the main bedroom is separated from the ‘main living area and other rooms so if you are traveling with small children who need monitoring you would probably find the configuration a little difficult, especially if the other ‘double bed’ is occupied by someone else. Location is fantastic and getting to the port is a 4-5 min drive. The main attraction however is the pool which is huge and a great place to spend the day. There is also a small, shallow part of the pool that is great for small children.

Ich empfehle die Villa weiter, jedoch roch es etwas muffig, ich denke dass in den Klimaanlagen Schimmel ist. Zudem funktioniert die Spülmaschine nicht vernünftig und es fällt Dreck von der Decke, die Socken sind immer schwarz, barfuß kann man kaum laver más

Alles andere war sehr gut, die Kommunikation mit Juan und Pep hat gut funktioniert, schnelle Antworten. Pep kommt morgens, holt den Müll und reinigt den Pool. Der Pool ist das beste, denn er ist wirklich groß und tief. Es gab viele Liegeplätze und Freizeitbeschäftigungen in der Villa, z.B. Tischtennis oder Bücher. Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden, die Bettwäsche war auch frisch gewaschen. In jedem Raum gibt es eine Klimaanlage und an den Fenstern ist Fliegengitter. Manchmal waren Eidechsen im Haus, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Die Katzen auf dem Grundstück sind auch süß. In der Nachbarschaft sind Hunde, Hähne, Esel die auch nachts manchmal laut waren, das war aber nicht schlimm. Alles andere war da, gute schöne große Villa 👍

Joan è stato un host impeccabile, attento alle nostre richieste e a qualsiasi domanda avessimo. Il propietario è stato super gentile ed è disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Noi viaggiavamo con il nostro bambino e non potevamo scegliere casa migliore. Vicina a tutto ma isolata abbastanza da avere tranquillità più assoluta. La piscina è stupenda, prendere il sole un piacere. La sera cenare all’aperto, con il vento fresco è impagabile. La casa è dotata di aria condizionata e si sta benissimo. Davvero non ho parole per quanto sia stato meraviglioso il nostro soggiorno. Assolutamente ci torneremo! È un paradiso!

What a lovely traditional Finca! we was greeted by a lovely man who ran us through the basics. He also looks after the pool and grounds. If your looking for something modern then this is not the place for you. but if you want traditional charm with all the amenities you could need with a great pool and social areas look no further. The kitchen is well stocked with coffee, tea, herbs and spices etc. We arrived to a fridge stocked with water and beer. The bedrooms are all clean with all you need including plenty of hangers. The bathrooms although old in design are spotlessly clean with plenty of toilet roll. no complaints. Its a 30 min scenic and coastal walk to port de pollenca and 5 min to a well stocked Lidl, cheap petrol there too! We would highly recommend. This is nothing to do with the hosts or property but the only thing to be aware of is when it rains there are lots of mosquitos especially in the main bedroom by the pool.

Wir waren 5 Tage auf Mallorca in dieser wirklich wunderschöne Unterkunft, die Kommunikation mit Joan war perfekt und wenn etwas war bekamen wir schnell eine Antwort, die Unterkunft an sich ist wunderschön, man sollte Mückenspray einpacken, aber sonst kann man sich dort wunderbar wohlfühlen. Die Unterkunft hat einen älteren vibe, trotzdem wird einem dort nichts fehlen, schöne Ausstattung, Innen wie außen. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und läd ein einfach hinein zu springen. Die Städte Pollenca und Alcudia sind schnell zu erreichen und laden zum schländern durch die Gassen ein. Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Aufthalt und kommen gerne wieder.

This was my very first time using Airbnb, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our stay at Ranchon was simply perfect. The property is stunning rustic, authentic, and full of charm while also being spotlessly clean. It’s a place that’s left me with lasting memories, and I’m already planning when I can come back. The team who manage the property are fantastic. They were always quick to respond whenever I had a question, which made the whole stay feel effortless and relaxed. Although Ranchon is in a rural setting, it’s not far from Pollença Port. I’d definitely recommend hiring a car to get the most out of the area. For me, I loved running to the Port each morning it’s about 15 minutes; grabbing a coffee, and then running back. It became one of the highlights of my stay. All in all, my time here was wonderful and memorable. I’d highly recommend Ranchon to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful getaway.

Les chambres sont petites (2 sur 3) et un peu vieillottes ainsi que les salles de bain. Les pièces de vie sont grandes mais nous avons surtout profité de l’extérieur car un été magnifique. La cuisine est bien équipée et il y’a tous les ingrédients de bases . Le propriétaire (très discret) vient tous les matins nettoyer la piscine. Quelques éléments vieillissants qui mériteraient une remise à neuf comme la table de ping pong. Une mauvaise odeur qui se dégage de la seconde salle de bain attenante à la grande chambre.

We enjoyed all the activities and equipment available- table tennis, bat and ball , bbq. We enjoyed the company of the several cats that live at the finca. It is important to keep the doors closed in the evening to keep the bugs out. The decor is rustic and added to the feel of the place. It was very warm when we visited so it was good to have air conditioning. The kitchen was well equipped. My only criticism would be the that the ensuite bathroom is a little outdated for a villa at this price point.

Wir verbrachten drei Nächte über Ostern 2025 in der Finca. Sie war sehr geräumig und großzügig. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Innen und außen gab es viele schöne Plätze um für sich allein oder in Gemeinschaft Zeit zu verbringen. Der Pool war wirklich fantastisch - groß, tief und sauber. Einfach genial. Die drei Zimmer waren sauber und einladend. Der Außenbereich bot viel Platz zum Essen, Chillen und auch für sportliche Aktivitäten (Tischtennis, Bool, Schwimmen), in der näheren Umgebung auch für Radfahren oder Joggen. Port de Pollença und Pollença waren sehr nah und mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Mobiliar selbst ist vielleicht ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen aber gut gepflegt. Wir können die Finca gerne empfehlen. Mückenspray ist wichtig.

Vom Gesamtzustand etwas zuwendungsbedürftig, aber der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und wirklich bemüht alle Mängel unverzüglich abzustellen. (Es gab Probleme mit der Waschmaschine und dem Wäscheständer.) Es ist alles vorhanden was man für den Tag benötigt (Kuchenausstattung, Tischtennisplatte, Schläger etc.), einiges jedoch ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und aufgrund der vielen Sachen auch ein bisschen unordentlich. Auch aufgrund anderer kleinerer Mängel (hier eine kaputte Fliese, dort ein Spinnenweben, klemmende Türen etc.) eher keine Empfehlung für sehr Pingelige Menschen. Wir fanden es aber alles in allem sehr schön und hatten eine tolle Woche in Peps Finca. Da wir im Oktober dort waren haben wir den großen Pool leider nicht sehr ausgiebig genutzt, aber da kann der tolle Pool ja nichts für ;} Der Kontakt über Juan war, wie auch mit Pep, super.

It feels like you have a hotel pool to yourselves and the water is definitely warmer than any other villas I’ve stayed in. One other brilliant thing to note is the owner stocks many items for you that nowhere else I’ve rented does. There’s loads of toilet rolls, kitchen roll, salt pepper herbs and oils. They also come and empty the bins each day which also hasn’t happened anywhere else. Because of the friendliness of the owners approach I honestly think this is the best villa I’ve ever hired in Mallorca and we’ve been doing so since 2008 now.

Wir waren zwei Familien und hatten genug Platz für gemeinsame Aktivitäten, es konnte sich aber auch jeder zurück ziehen, wenn es gewünscht war! In der Küche wurden wir mit Kaltgetränken und vielen Kräutern überrascht! Die Beschreibung hat absolut gepasst! Für uns perfekt! |
