Comfortable apartment located 20 meters from the most beautiful crystal-clear water beach in Alcudia, this being the longest in Mallorca. Ideal to go with children.
It is located on the second floor a few meters from restaurants, bars, cafes, clothing stores and supermarkets.
It is a perfect apartment for two people.
It consists of a room with two single beds, a complete bathroom with shower, a kitchen open to the living room, and a terrace.
Take into account that this apartment is located in a block of eight apartments with the possibility of reserving more than one apartment at the same time.
Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies and shops, bicycle rental, are only a few steps away from the holiday accommodation.
The lively Puerto Alcudia with its promenade and the beautiful old town of Alcudia can be reached by car or bus directly from the main road in a few minutes. The old fishing harbour, where you can buy fresh fish, is definitely worth a visit.
Along the modern marina a nice promenade has been created, which is a pedestrian zone inviting you to stroll under the palm trees. Very good restaurants, bars and various shops offer a variety of Mediterranean specialities and international dishes as well as good shopping opportunities.
IMPORTANT
In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.
Per day and person, the tax is
from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and
from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.

Der Aufenhalt war super! Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es war alles sauber. Wäschetabs, Mülltüten etc. wurden bereitgestellt. Check-In lief problemlos ab. Die Lage auch top, Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Zumsee more

. The flat is near the beach, restaurants and markets. But it was little bit noisy even at night. The internet connection was not very stable. I would appreciate better equipment - more trash bags, toilet paper.. But it was a nice stay.

The basic equipment for cooking, which were specified in the advertisement, are only partially available. Nevertheless, we had a pleasant stay.

Communication was great, and while there were onetwo minor quibbles (AC was slightly noisy - technicians were promptly called but no issues found, so light sleepers may want earplugs, bed(s) could be comfier and the toilet seat was loose) these didn't detract from the value offered by the experience, the ease of the process and the generous gift of some wine on arrival.

Perfect location if you want to be near the beach. also handy with the airportbus just around the corner. Nice to have a big balcony with good seats, only the view and noise (parking, busy street) is less. but you have closeby bars with view at the bsee more
