Nice flat in Puerto Pollensa only 80 meters from the sea and a few meters from all services.
This flat is located on the first floor by stairs, in a central and quiet area.
It consists of a spacious living room with a large dining table and large windows with lateral sea view.
There are 3 bedrooms with built-in closets and two full bathrooms. One of them has a single bed, the other two have two single beds.
There is a fully equipped kitchen a sunny small balcony and a laundry room outside. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning.
Smoking is allowed outdoors
Air conditioner available 24 hours
Puerto de Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Unlike other resorts in Mallorca, the coast is not fully developed with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a splendid choice of cafés and restaurants, clothes shops, supermarkets and doctors.
The old town of Pollensa is only 10 minutes away by car and is by far one of the most popular places in the north of Mallorca. Here there is a wide selection of exclusive restaurants and cafés that cater to the individual tastes of visitors.
Artists from all over the world have been coming to Pollensa for many years to be inspired by the landscape and the Serra de Tramuntana. Numerous celebrities such as Winston Churchill, Agatha Christie, the British writer Peter Ustinov, the German rock singer Peter Maffay and many others have chosen this beautiful place as their holiday destination or second home.
The village's landmarks are the 365 steps and the Calvary, at the top of which is a small baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolises a day of the year.

There are two communal pools, a big one and a small one, to share with the other ten apartments in the building. Nice and elegant gardens surround the apartments and the pool. My husband & I stayed for 2 wks mid May. If you’re a cyclist it’s a fab time to visit, not so much if you want to drive around & investigate the north of the island, as the roads are littered with cyclists making roads quite scary. The location is fasee more
My husband & I stayed for 2 wks mid May. If you’re a cyclist it’s a fab time to visit, not so much if you want to drive around & investigate the north of the island, as the roads are littered with cyclists making roads quite scary. The location is fab! Short 1 minute stroll to Pine Walk (which was the best end in our opinion, lovely, quiet with more upscale eateries and cafes). The apartment itself was comfortable & clean. Comfy beds and two comfy sofas. (Note only single beds pushed together to make a double, & they do move around if you get too ‘active’ as they are only light bed bases😜) Despite its proximity to everything, the apartment is on a quiet street, (note that the apartment block is an echo chamber, so you can hear ‘everything’ & some residents/guests like to play loud music, hoover, & rearrange furniture late at night/early in the morning. But noise cancelling headphones helped us sleep through it & no fault of Pep! But if you’re young, then have some fun & join them! 👍

Parking is always taken up outside, so I had to find an alternative that can take a bit of time and patience. The local spar shop is expensive, but there is an Eroski supermarket in walking distance. closer than the main Eroski big supermarket. I'd psee more

We had a little bit of trouble finding it - the location on maps that was shared ahead of arrival took us down the road. A quick phone call to the host and this was corrected (I imagine this is teething problems with it being a relatively new addition to air b&b). The shower in the main bathroom easily spills over if you don’t keep an eye on kicking the water back - the drop on the basin bit needs correcting! But this is a very small quibble in a really lovely flat!
