Located in a quiet residential complex, the apartment offers access to a well-maintained communal area with a swimming pool and relaxation areas, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the good Mediterranean climate.
The living-dining room, modern and cosy, connects to a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils, ideal for both short and long stays. From the living room, you can directly access a fantastic terrace and the garden, a perfect space for outdoor breakfasts or enjoying summer nights.
The accommodation has air conditioning in all rooms, central heating, WiFi connection and television, ensuring comfort in any season of the year.
IMPORTANT
In the Balearic Islands, a tourist tax called Ecotasa is paid for each guest over 16 years old.
Per day and person,
from 1 November to 30 April 0.55 euros and
from 1 May to 31 October: 2.20 euros.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or in cash. Payment is mandatory.
Pool towels are provided and a welcome basket is included with each booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, points of interest...) in an online guide so that guests can fully enjoy their holidays.
