The floor is decorated with a lot of love and special details by the owner. It consists of a living room with a well equipped open kitchen, air conditioning, a lovely room with two single beds and airconditoner. It has a bathroom with shower. This is an ideal apartment to enjoy a fabulous holidays in Mallorca.

Puerto de Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Unlike other resorts in Mallorca, the coast is not fully developed with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a splendid choice of cafés and restaurants, clothes shops, supermarkets and doctors.
The old town of Pollensa is only 10 minutes away by car and is by far one of the most popular places in the north of Mallorca. Here there is a wide selection of exclusive restaurants and cafés that cater to the individual tastes of visitors.
Artists from all over the world have been coming to Pollensa for many years to be inspired by the landscape and the Serra de Tramuntana. Numerous celebrities such as Winston Churchill, Agatha Christie, the British writer Peter Ustinov, the German rock singer Peter Maffay and many others have chosen this beautiful place as their holiday destination or second home.

This was a gem of an apartment, brilliant location, spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable bed. We loved it and would certainly recommend it. Right opposite the beach, fabulous restaurants a couple of minutes walk away. We will definitely be back.

We liked the view a lot and having our breakfast overviewing the bay was heavenly. We came mainly to cycle as father son and the trips were fabulous with Fermendor and Lluc the highlights . The flat was very nice , modern, quiet , good AC that wedidnsee more

Many restaurants , ideal swimming and heaven for cycling with a nice place to relax .

Really gorgeous apartment that is even nicer than the photos make it look. It has everything you could want and was really well furnished and maintained. The location is great - right across the road from one of the bigger beaches which never getstoosee more

The location is great - right across the road from one of the bigger beaches which never getstoo busyloud and then about a 10 min walk into the centre of the town. There was also a really good convenience store 2 mins down from the apartment. Pep and Maggie were really helpful and quick to respond to any queries we had and even came to pick us up from the bus so we didn't have to walk to the apartment with our bags in the midday sun, which was really appreciated! We would definitely recommend this apartment and would come back to stay again.

It was a great place to watch the sunsets and fall asleep to the sound of lapping waves. The property itself was kept very clean and had all the necessary amenities. Maggie sent detailed instructions (which even included video) on how to access the property, which made self check-in / out very easy. She was also very responsive to our many questions. Overall great stay, thank you!!
