The flat is located on the first floor and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning. It offers a large terrace where you can enjoy beautiful sunrises / sunsets.
It is worth mentioning that the holiday flat has a practical lift.
This perfect location attracts with long sandy beaches, just a few steps away from bars, culinary restaurants and supermarkets.
Here you can spend your holiday all year round and unwind.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.
Per day and person, the tax is
from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and
from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.

Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide selection of cafés and restaurants, clothing shops, supermarkets and doctors.
The old town of Pollensa is only 10 minutes away by car and is by far one of the most popular places in the north of Mallorca. Here there is a wide selection of exclusive restaurants and cafés that cater to the individual tastes of visitors.
Artists from all over the world have been coming to Pollensa for many years to be inspired by the landscape and the Serra de Tramuntana. I liked the location, the apartment is on the sea front, right in front of the beach, from the balcony I could enjoy stunning sea views, and the sea breeze was a delight. Being so close to Puerto de Pollença it was very easy to walk around and do actsee more

WHAT A VIEW! The apartment is lovely and in an excellent location. The correspondence was excellent as were all the instructions for the key etc. There is a huge balcony where you can sit snd view the bay/harbour/beach and watch the world go by. Restsee more

Restaurants and shops are very close by and plentiful. The road outside is effectively pedestrianised and not busy with vehicles. Straight over the road and you are on the beach! Would highly recommend.
