It is worth mentioning that the holiday flat has a practical lift.
This perfect location attracts with long sandy beaches, just a few steps away from bars, culinary restaurants and supermarkets.
Here you can spend your holiday all year round and unwind.
Puerto de Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Unlike other holiday resorts on Mallorca, the coast is not completely built up with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide selection of cafés and restaurants, clothing shops, supermarkets and doctors.
The old town of Pollensa is only 10 minutes away by car and is by far one of the most popular places in the north of Mallorca. Here there is a wide selection of exclusive restaurants and cafés that cater to the individual tastes of visitors.
Artists from all over the world have been coming to Pollensa for many years to be inspired by the landscape and the Serra de Tramuntana. WHAT A VIEW! The apartment is lovely and in an excellent location. The correspondence was excellent as were all the instructions for the key etc. There is a huge balcony where you can sit snd view the bay/harbour/beach and watch the world go by. Restsee more

Restaurants and shops are very close by and plentiful. The road outside is effectively pedestrianised and not busy with vehicles. Straight over the road and you are on the beach! Would highly recommend.

Superb location, with a huge balcony overlooking the beach. Two travel cots and one high chair were provided upon request. The apartment was not difficult to make child-friendly, just moving some furniture around, with plenty of space for little onessee more

The lift was a little tight but you could get still fit in it with a single buggy.
