Cosy holiday flat in Puerto de Pollenca, only 100 metres from the beach. The flat is located on the second floor and is accessible via stairs. It is a cosy, tastefully furnished flat and with all basic needs covered. It is ideal for a family stay or a couple. It has a double bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom with shower, a very bright livingroom with aire conditioner and a separate kitchen. The entire flat is very bright and has a large terrace from which you can enjoy the beautiful surrounding landscape.
The holiday home is equipped with fans to cool the living spaces.

Puerto de Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Unlike other holiday resorts on Mallorca, the coast is not completely built up with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide selection of cafés and restaurants, clothing shops, supermarkets and doctors.
The old town of Pollensa is only 10 minutes away by car and is by far one of the most popular places in the north of Mallorca. Here there is a wide selection of exclusive restaurants and cafés that cater to the individual tastes of visitors.
Artists from all over the world have been coming to Pollensa for many years to be inspired by the landscape and the Serra de Tramuntana. Kann ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen für einen ruhigen Strandurlaub. Aber auch alle umliegenden Ausflugsziele sind super zu erreichen. Einzig eine gewisse Grundausstattung wie Salz/Pfeffer/Spülmittel/... wäre hilfreich gewesen.

Wir hatten kein Auto und konnten trotzdem von dort aus gut zu Buchten wandern als auch mit dem Fahrrad nach Alcúdia! Also wirklich gute Lage!! Wohnung: Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen ausgelegt, dafür ist auch der Preis gerechtfertigt. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage aber überall Ventilatoren. Die Wohnung war sauber und schön, der eine Fensterladen im Wohnzimmer war allerdings defekt und daher war der Raum etwas dunkler. Die Küche ist sehr gut zum selbst kochen, es gibt eine Wasch-und Spülmaschine. Der Balkon ist perfekt für Morgens und Abends!! Alles hat gepasst, wir hätten uns allerdings über mehr als eine Rolle Toilettenpapier, Salz und Pfeffer gefreut :) Kommunikation: Super, Pep gab alle Infos und Tipps, der Check-In lief super. Danke für den Wein :) Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen !!

Great location, the apartment could get hot in peak summer (top floor, no ac) and you'll need to take pretty much everything you'll need including hand soap, more than one toilet-roll etc. We enjoyed our stay and the proximity and view of the sea aresee more

Les grands plus : - une vue superbe sur les montagnes et la mer - la plage est à 2 minutes de marche - un petit spar juste à côté pour faire les courses - une bouteille de rosé de bienvenue - des indications d'arrivée très claires (vidéo, code, ..) - un groupe de discussion pour échanger avec le proprio et une réactivité super agréable PS : nous avons eu un petit soucis de chasse d'eau et le proprio est passé dans l'heure pour le réparer, quand nous n'étions pas à l'appartement.
