Discover our 880 m2 villa with views of the Serra de Tramuntana, which is distributed as follows;
Immediately after the beautiful entrance area is a large living and dining area with a long dining table. The open kitchen with cooking island is equipped with 2 professional coffee machines, 2 microwaves, large toaster, drinks fridge, and another for groceries.
On the right side there is a cosy sitting area for watching TV.

Opposite the living area is a guest toilet and the following 4 bedrooms;

These rooms have a beautiful vintage style bathtub next to the bed.

From the entrance area, a staircase leads to the top floor, where we find another 4 bedrooms

These very bright rooms have their own furnished sun terrace. They have a 140 cm wide bed and a private bathroom with shower.


On the lowest floor there is a spacious, fully equipped bar for cosy evenings together. There is also a fitness room for our sporty guests, a massage room and 4 further bedrooms.

ROOM WITH 160 CM BED AND DIVAN
These elegant and spacious rooms have a 160 cm wide bed and a private bathroom with shower. There is also the possibility of adding a cot here.
