"Son Morro" is an exclusive villa that accommodates up to 6 guests, located in Can Picafort, less than 3 km from the beach. Outside, you'll find a beautiful lawned garden, several areas to relax or sunbathe, and a 9 x 3-meter pool surrounded by sun loungers—perfect for cooling off on hot summer days.
Upon entering the house, you'll be welcomed by a spacious and cozy dining room with a flat-screen TV, ideal for unwinding after dinner or enjoying a family movie night. The dining area leads into a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
The villa features three bedrooms, each with a double bed and air conditioning (hot and cold). Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and there is a third bathroom in the common area.
"Son Morro" is set in a peaceful and easily accessible location on the outskirts of Can Picafort. The beach, with fine sand and plenty of space, is less than 3 km away and is perfect for water sports or family fun with children.
In the surrounding area, you’ll find all the essential services: shops, restaurants, bars, and a wide range of leisure activities for both adults and children, including nightlife options. The weekly market takes place every Friday morning along the seafront promenade—an ideal way to enjoy a lively and pleasant morning.
From the villa, you can also easily visit the charming towns of Alcúdia or Pollença, either by car or by bus.

The beautiful finca has a 7*3 swimming pool in an ‘L’ shape with a light staircase to enter. The green and sunny garden will enchant you. The outdoor furniture overlooks the pool. As soon as you enter the property you will breathe a modern atmosphere, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, hob, fridge, toaster and many more little details. The living room space has a smart TV and wifi throughout the house.
The bedrooms have double beds, two fully equipped bathrooms.
In the outdoor areas of the house, you may encounter insects and other small animals typical of rural environments, such as bees, ants, or beetles. This is part of the rural charm of the estate and its integration with nature.
The ‘Villa Cadernera’ is located in a quiet and easily accessible area on the outskirts of Can Picafort. The beach is less than 4 km away and has fine sand and is quite long, ideal for water sports and families with children. You will easily find all the services you need, such as shops, restaurants and bars, as well as a wide range of leisure activities for both children and adults, including nightlife. The weekly market is held on Friday mornings, where you can enjoy the day along the seafront promenade. From here you can also visit the beautiful villages of Alcúdia or Pollença, either by car or bus.

Mit den grossen alten Bäumen, Palmen und Kakteen fühlt man sich wie in einem Film. Der Pool war jederzeit sauber und top gepflegt. Auch das Internet war für unsere Bedürfnisse mehr als schnell genug. Sat TV vorhanden (DE/AT Sender). Besonders begeistert hat uns die hervorragend ausgestattete Küche. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden , Geschirr, Küchenutensilien sowie sogar Öl, Salz, Zucker und weitere Zutaten. Auch die Mülltrennung ist vorbildlich organisiert. Die Lage ist ideal: Strände, Lidl & Mercadona in Es Poligon, Restaurants (Turó Restaurant) und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto in nur 3–5 Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und können die Finca uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft ,wir kommen gerne wieder! 🌴☀️🏊♂️😊

Schöne Finca für 6 Personen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Lage der Finca ist sehr gut, man ist in 10 Min. am schönen Strand von Can Picafort, sowie an der Hauptstraße zum Einkaufen. Die Finca war sehr sauber und ist auch gut ausgestattet.see more

Wir waren zu 5. in dieser Unterkunft, es war ausreichend Platz für alle sehr sauber und groß sowie gepflegt. Die Anlage und auch der Pool waren sehr sauber. Kann allen nur die Unterkunft empfehlen, vor allem für Freunde, Familien oder sonstige Aufenthalte da ausreichend Zimmer vorhanden sind. Der Check in mit Joan war sehr einfach er war selbst vor Ort und hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Joan war sehr nett und stets hilfsbereit wenn wir Fragen hatten, er hat immer direkt geantwortet und sich gekümmert. Ein großes Danke nochmal. 🌴☀️🎉🥳
