Beautiful finca the countryside 5 km from the town of Muro, 13 km from the beaches of Muro and the airport 43 km away.
The villa is surrounded by a lot of vegetation, with a very well-kept garden with orange trees, palm trees and grass. This house offers all the comforts and decoration to taste, where you can enjoy tranquility.
The stable house is distributed on two floors that communicate internally, the upper floor consists of a room with a 1.50 * 2 meter bed, this same room has a complete bathroom en suite.
The lower floor consists of two double bedrooms.
The first of them en suite has two single beds of 1.05 * 2 meters.
The second room also en suite has two single beds of 0.90 * 1.90 meters.
Large living room with access to the kitchen with a beautiful fireplace for cold winter days.
The kitchen is fully equipped with access to a covered and well furnished terrace with a perfect barbecue for days of meetings with friends or family.
The beautiful and spacious terrace with hammocks and good shade, has a pool of 10 meters long by 4.5 wide.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
The house is equipped with air conditioning and central heating.
Air Conditioning: The reservation includes 20 kWh of air conditioning. If the consumption exceeds this limit, the extra usage will be charged on-site and in cash at a rate of Euro 0.40 per kWh.
Heating: The use of heating is optional. If used, it will be charged on-site and in cash at a price per litre of diesel based on market rates.

The surrounding area was beautiful, peaceful, remote and relaxing. The house was clean, tidy, well equipped and comfortable. A few issues did let it down. The sides of the pool were green, which the host said was caused by sun cream. We understood thsee more

The sides of the pool were green, which the host said was caused by sun cream. We understood this, but it would have been appreciated if the pool had been cleaned during our stay, especially as it stained our swimwear. There were several wasp nests, although these were removed within 24 hours of being reported, which we were impressed with. We felt slightly uncomfortable with the owner living next door and at times felt there was a lack of privacy. We received a message saying the outdoor shower had been left running after we went out, which was not the case, my 3 year old son had been playing in it for approx 15-20 mins, so this made us feel like the use of the outdoor area was monitored. Overall, the property had many positives and communication was quick and responsive.

The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you might need, which made us feel just like at home. The environment was very peaceful, perfect for relaxing, and we truly enjoyed every moment with our family. The villa is very spacious, with 3 kitchens and 3 bathrooms, which was extremely comfortable for us. The garden with lemon and orange trees was something special – it made our days even more beautiful. The large swimming pool was perfect for relaxing and having fun. The internet was a bit weak, but honestly, it wasn’t an issue for us because we wanted to spend more quality time with family and enjoy the surroundings. Also, Joan was very kind and extremely quick in responding to any questions or needs we had, which made the experience even better. I have no words for this experience – everything exceeded our expe

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Wir wurden von Jordi sehr herzlich empfangen, er war immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet. Es gibt alles, was man braucht, und das meist sogar in mehrfacher Ausführung. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und der Garten ist toll! Die Umgebung ist super ruhig und eignet sich sehr zum Entspannen. Auch empfehlenswert für Kinder, durch den großen Garten und Tiere nebenan. Aufgrund der etwas abgeschiedenen Lage braucht man ein Auto hier.
