Lovely well maintained and recently refurbished finca with a beautiful swimming pool close to the popular village of Son Macia. You will find local restaurants and shops within a maximum of 2 minutes drive and many beaches within 15 minutes drive.
Outside with a large 10m x 5m wide pool, surrounded by lawn, you will be able to swim laps and enjoy with your family or friends, then relax on one of the sun loungers, on one of the 2 surrounding rockers, walk barefoot or lie on the perfectly cut lawn by our owner will be pleasurable. There is a covered dining area next to the pool and 2 other outdoor tables where you can enjoy an outdoor barbecue (there is a portable and a built-in barbecue).
The interior of the villa will enchant you, a high quality rustic space will envelop you in a state of peace and relaxation that you are looking forward to on your well-deserved holiday. On entering, on the left is the living-dining room, with sofas, TV and dining table that can be extended for up to 8 people, and a door leading to the first bedroom, spacious, with a comfortable double bed. To the right of the entrance, through an archway, is the kitchen, complete with everything you need to prepare delicious meals and another table for 6 people and a full bathroom with bathtub. Before the stairs there is a pantry.
Upstairs, there is another glazed living room, two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds and the second bathroom, complete with shower, and there is room to sit on the upper terrace and enjoy the views.

The house is located in a rural setting, on a large plot of land near the village of Son Macia, about 6 km from Manacor, where you can stroll through the old town, go shopping or eat at one of the cafes or restaurants in the area. The Rafa Nadal Academy is about 7 km away. The romantic east coast offers good bathing opportunities with its fantastic beaches. The beautiful fishing villages of Porto Cristo or Portocolom and coves such as Cala Romàntica, Cala Varques or Cala Murada are worth a visit.

We loved our stay! Such a cute villa with tons of space and charm. We loved all the animals (donkeys, cats, chickens) and the pool was great. The only downside was the location was a bit far from things and taxis had a really difficult time finding osee more

Lovely traditional spanish home ! We really enjoyed our stay. The house has everything you need - the kitchen tools could be better for cooking but we managed, the area is private and peaceful. The pool is clean and lovely. 100% recommended :)

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! The surroundings were beautiful. We had planned to go out for dinner but ended up cooking at the house every night to enjoy the surroundings and nature. Conveniently located near beautiful beaches, and near Porto Crsee more

Conveniently located near beautiful beaches, and near Porto Cristo where enjoyed the farmers market Sunday morning. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need to cook. We also enjoyed the chickens, cats, and donkeys! Staying here was the perfect mix of being in the nature while also being nearby beaches. Recommend renting a car for a stay here. Peaceful and relaxing. Also very private.

From the moment we arrived we knew we were going to have an amazing and relaxing stay! The amenities were great, and the kitchen well stocked for all you would need to cook. The house was clean and furnished in a way that made it feel like your Nana's home. Beautiful lemon trees leading to the pool, gorgeous stone pathways around the house, with amazing views. What a little oasis this home was! And so close to towns to do food shopping ect and not far from some amazing Beaches. The check in and out was super easy with the keysafe. The only thing to note is that there are a few cheeky cats on the property, and If you turn your back and have a door open they will sneak inside! So just be careful about that as that got us a few times. But we loved the sounds of the frogs, geckos and chickens and especially loved the friendly Donkey's! Thankyou for our stay!

Belles chambres mais la literie n’est pas très confortable Espace repas agréable et convivial près de la piscine triangulaire qui est traitée au chlore. 5 transats un peu usés et un grand parasol. Beau cadre extrêmement paisible, tranquillité assurée. Présence quotidienne, (à côté) de 3 ânes très mignons et de chats avec quelques chatons adorables Village à proximité (10min max) pour le pain, viennoiseries et épicerie

De drie ezels die ons dagelijks een bezoekje brachten waren ook superleuk, net als de aanwezige katten en als bonus kroop er een schildpad rond. De wifi was ook prima, maar helaas niet in het hele huis even goed bereik en het ontbreken van een airconditioning is met temperaturen richting de 40 graden toch wel een minpuntje, hoewel de plafondventilatoren in de slaapkamers nog iets verkoeling brachten. We hebben hier verder een geweldige vakantie gehad!
