La Finquita is a wonderful finca in the centre of Mallorca with a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by nature.
You will love the outside area of the house. You will be able to enjoy the large garden and the tall trees that offer resting areas in the hot summers. In addition to the 8.5m x 4m swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and the terrace with barbecue area.
The interior of the house is decorated in a rural and family style. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 with two single beds and one with a double bed. All rooms are air-conditioned. The living room is equipped with a fireplace and air conditioning. Also, there are three sofas and satellite TV. The Wi-Fi works throughout the accommodation.
The kitchen space has a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, washing machine, toaster and a kettle. There are three bathrooms, two with bathtub and one with shower.
The Finca "la Finquita" is located on the outskirts of Vilafranca de Bonany, in a very peaceful and quiet area. The village of Manacor is only 15 minutes away by car. It should be remembered that in the village of Villafranca there is a weekly market where you can go shopping. The coast of Calas de Mallorca is less than 20 minutes away by car.
If you would like to visit us at Christmas or in the low season, there is heat pump heating.

He is responsive, caring, helpful, we even got a bottle of local wine after a lovely meeting with him. He has a great team of people that care for the house with pride. We would come back just because of him. Great location which made it easy to get to any other part of the island. The house the trees and garden were stunning and felt like you were in your own world. You feel like you stepped back in time, but with updated amenities that you appreciate like the kitchen and bathrooms. The pool is big lovely and cool. The beds were good, possibly on the smaller side especially the singles beds, we managed with the tall people in our group but if you were big and tall you might want to put two together. Kitchen was great and we made many meals there, it was newly refurbished. The outside and inside sitting areas were a bit dated but true to the vibe of the house.

We are incredibly grateful to Joan for accepting our booking at very short notice after we experienced a serious issue with our previous accommodation. Joan went above and beyond to help prepare the house for us as quickly as possible, which made a very stressful situation much easier for my family. The property itself is a beautiful old colonial-style house with lots of character, very spacious, clean, and with plenty of comfortable areas to sit and relax both inside and outside. The garden is large, well maintained, and very peaceful. We especially enjoyed spending time in the garden and by the swimming pool listening to the birds chirping around the property.

Super consigliata per chi cerca un alloggio lontano dalla confusione della città, casa da condividere con gli amici, tanto spazio all’aperto, angolo bbq, tavolo coperto in giardino e la piscina che vale più di qualsiasi altra cosa. Consiglio assolutamente la macchina in quanto nelle vicinanze non trovate quasi niente. Le spiagge sono a circa 30 minuti di macchina, come anche le città principali o i lungomare. Casa molto attrezzata, non mancava niente ed inoltre l’host molto presente nelle risposte, cordiale e d’aiuto in tutto. Noi eravamo un gruppo di 8 ragazzi e siamo rimasti tutti soddisfatti al 100% della nostra permanenza, grazie ancora!

Le fait que la maison soit située en pleine campagne, loin du tumulte touristique nous a beaucoup plu. Également pour une première fois à Majorque, et en étant bien sur véhiculé, c’est plutôt pratique d’être au centre de l’île pour pouvoir partir auxsee more
Le fait que la maison soit située en pleine campagne, loin du tumulte touristique nous a beaucoup plu. Également pour une première fois à Majorque, et en étant bien sur véhiculé, c’est plutôt pratique d’être au centre de l’île pour pouvoir partir aux quatre coins de l’île visiter les différents villages et criques. Ça fait que nous sommes à peu près à une demi-heure / trois quarts d’heure de chaque lieu.
Le jardin et la piscine sont trèsagréables, et les gérants font fréquemment nettoyer la piscine et entretenir le jardin. |

La cuisine est petite et vétuste en terme de matériel et la gazinière ne fonctionne pas très bien. Ça manque un peu de plats.

Comunicação ótima, casa ótima, podiam melhorar os utensílios da cozinha pois achei que faltava alguns, o fogão também deixou a desejar, mas a casa é ótima, ficamos satisfeitos. Obrigada pela comodidade :)

Vi havde et dejligt ophold for 7 personer fordelt på 3 generationer. Huset er charmerende og rummeligt. Vi værdsatte den landlige idyl og den spanske stemning i husets indretningen. Vi nød poolen og den store have. Vi havde lidt problemer med at findsee more
Vi havde et dejligt ophold for 7 personer fordelt på 3 generationer. Huset er charmerende og rummeligt. Vi værdsatte den landlige idyl og den spanske stemning i husets indretningen. Vi nød poolen og den store have. Vi havde lidt problemer med at finde huset, men fandt det, da vi brugte google maps-koordinator. Byen er stille og landlig med hanegal og en svag trafikstøj i det fjerne. Der var fin mulighed for at handle dagligvarer, men begrænset udvalg af cafeer mm. Juan var den perfekte vært.

El alojamiento está perfectamente limpio y ordenado, además de estar en una finca súper agradable. Joan ha estado súper atento y accesible, volveremos sin duda, todo un 10!!
