Beautiful villa located in Alcudia, next to the lake and steps from the sea.
The property is on one floor with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
3 of the bedrooms are en suite all with shower, two bedrooms with double bed one of them with air conditioner, one with two single beds and the other with a trundle bed. 3 of them with access to the garden.
There is a large kitchen with dining table, large windows giving natural light and access to the garden.
There is also a living room with TV.
Outside you will find a beautiful garden with barbecue where you will be able to enjoy the most of your stay.
Undoubtedly a villa with an outstanding location and a unique charm.
It should be noted that we have fibre optics with high speed internet to be able to telework.
Supermarkets, restaurants, bar, pharmacies and shops are only a few steps away from the holiday accommodation.
The lively Puerto Alcúdia with its harbour promenade and the beautiful old town of Alcúdia can be reached by car or bus directly from the main road in just a few minutes. The old fishing port, where you can buy freshly caught fish, is definitely worth a visit.Along the modern marina, a beautiful waterfront promenade has been created, which is a pedestrian zone inviting you to stroll under palm trees. Very good restaurants, bars and various shops offer a variety of Mediterranean specialities and international dishes as well as good shopping opportunities.
A short 25-minute walk will take you to the old town of Alcudia, which has become very popular in recent years and is one of the most beautiful on the island. The old town is surrounded by a wall and the interior is full of terraces, cafés, shops, shops of all kinds, where you can experience the true spirit of Mallorca.
Smoking is allowed outdoors
Air conditioning available 24 hours a day in kitchen and one en-suite bedroom.

Location was great, you have everything you need in just 1 or 2 minutes with your car: supermarkets, stores, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. You can walk to the beach (2 minute walk) or take the car and drive a few minutes to go elsewhere. The house issee more
Location was great, you have everything you need in just 1 or 2 minutes with your car: supermarkets, stores, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. You can walk to the beach (2 minute walk) or take the car and drive a few minutes to go elsewhere. The house is perfect for a numerous family, with spacious rooms, kitchen, garden and parking space. Excellent for our toddlers as there were no stairs or pool to be worried about. We spent three weeks in Mallorca in three different places and this was by far the best place we stayed at. Thanks a lot Home Villas 360 for the amazing service!!

One of the bathrooms had a strong smell coming from the shower drain after taking a shower. This might be the only thing I could think of :)

Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas besser sein. Uns fehlte auch eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer, da es während unseres Aufenthalts sehr heiß war (es gab nur einen Ventilator).

Maybe a few more facilities and add-ons (eg umbrella/ SUP). Little unclear about how it works with garbage. Internet is fast, but wifi router is back of the house meaning it doesn’t extend into main living area. No wifi extender available.
