Beautiful semi detached property set in Cala San Vicente, in Pollensa, Mallorca.
It is part of a group of eight properties surrounded by a nice garden, that share a private pool, just a few metres away from the sea.
This one features a lovely dining and living room with views to the sea, and is also open to the graceful kitchen and to a beautiful terrace with a dining area and wonderful views of the sea. There is also a toilet.
Downstairs there are three comfortable bedrooms, all of them open to the private terrace that surrounds the property. One of them features a double bed, another one a single bed and the last one two single beds. There is also a bathroom. In the terrace there is an amazing living area with sun loungers and a barbeque.
There is no need to rent a car as supermarkets, bars, restaurants and excursion centres are close by. The beautiful beach with crystal clear waters of Cala Molins, is only 50 metres away.
There is a free parkingspace very close.
It should be noted that we have fiber optics with high speed Internet to be able to telework (600 MB).
Smoking is allowed outdoors

For many years artists from all over the world have come to Pollensa to be inspired by the landscape and the Serra de Tramuntana. Numerous celebrities such as Winston Churchill, Agatha Christie, British writer Peter Ustinov and many others have also chosen this beautiful village as a holiday destination.
The village's landmarks are the 365 steps and the Calvary, at the top of which there is a small baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolises a day of the year.
In the historic atmosphere of Pollença numerous cultural events and music festivals are held.
Its perfect location makes it a privileged holiday destination.

Great property for a family with plenty of space. Very clean and the towels were changed quite a few times during our visit. Close to the beach and parking not a problem. Communication was good and everyone very helpful. Only downside is outsidefurnisee more

La ubicación es inmejorable, a pocos pasos de la playa, lo que hizo que cada mañana comenzara con un paseo junto al mar. La casa es muy cómoda, moderna y perfectamente equipada, ideal tanto para descansar como para trabajar un poco si hace falta.

Las terrazas fueron de lo que más disfrutamos: una con vistas al mar, perfecta para desayunar, y otra más amplia para relajarse por la tarde. También pudimos aprovechar la piscina del complejo, muy tranquila y bien cuidada. La distribución de la casa es práctica, con espacio suficiente para todos y todo muy limpio. Además, teníamos supermercados, restaurantes y bares cerca, lo que hizo todo aún más fácil. Sin duda, es un lugar al que me encantaría volver. Se siente como un pequeño paraíso mediterráneo. |

The location is perfect — just a couple of minutes’ walk and you’re on Cala Molins beach, which is beautiful and peaceful. Plus, everything’s close by: restaurants, supermarkets, and that’s really appreciated so you don’t always have to rely on the csee more

The house is super clean and equipped with everything you need. The kitchen has it all, and the terrace with the barbecue was our favourite spot to have a relaxed dinner in the evening. The shared pool is a bonus too it was never crowded and we could almost enjoy it to ourselves. The Wi-Fi worked really well, which was great because we combined our holiday with a bit of remote work without any issues. The Home Villas team were very kind and quick to respond when we had a small query. Ideal for unwinding, resting, enjoying nature and the sea — 100% recommended. In short, it was a perfect getaway and we would definitely come back. If you’re looking for a comfortable place, close to the beach and with a good vibe, this chalet is a great choice. |

Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet, und wir haben die Abende oft auf der Terrasse verbracht und gegrillt. Der Gemeinschaftspool war fast immer leer – die meiste Zeit hatten wir ihn ganz für uns allein. In der Nähe gibt es einige gute Restaurants, Bars und kleine Läden, sodass wir während des gesamten Aufenthalts kein Auto gebraucht haben. Der Gastgeber war freundlich und hat immer schnell geantwortet, wenn wir eine Frage hatten – das hat alles noch entspannter gemacht. Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und würden auf jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen. Sehr zu empfehlen für alle, die einen erholsamen Strandurlaub mit dem Komfort eines eigenen Zuhauses suchen. |
