Accommodation
Description
The house is located in a residential area where peace and quiet are highly valued.
It is designed to accommodate families and guests seeking a relaxing environment.
For this reason, reservations from groups of young people under 30 years old are not accepted.
Can Caldero is waiting for you for a charming holiday in a quiet place like this, only a few kilometres away from the centre of Palma City. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The exterior of "Can Caldero" will surprise you, it has a large porch equipped with high quality outdoor furniture, here you can uncork a bottle of wine and dine on fresh local produce while contemplating the pool illuminated at night, if you want to drink a Can Coleto wine you can do it here.
The large terrace that surrounds the 5 x 3-metre-wide pool invites you to sunbathe on the perfectly placed sun loungers, dry off as soon as you get out of the pool, read a good book and have a refreshing drink while you relax on this magnificent holiday that you so richly deserve.
The interior of the villa follows the same good taste as the exterior, from the terrace you can access the kitchen through a light sliding door, you will appreciate the high quality atmosphere of the furniture, the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven and many other extras.
The living room is located next to the kitchen, where a large chocolate coloured sofa with the big internet TV will make your naps even more pleasant. By the way, the internet has plenty of megabytes, so no one can complain!
Climbing the stairs, you can access the bedrooms located in the upper part of the house, three of them with double beds and one with two single beds. Two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The bathrooms are fully equipped and complete.
The whole house has air conditioning with hot and cold pump.
Supermarket less than 200 metres away.
The house is only 500m from the sea, but it is a cliff area. The Arenal beach is about 7 km away.
The centre of Palma, where you can go shopping, eat, stroll or visit the cathedral of La Seu, the Bellver Castle or the Marivent Palace, is about 22 km away.
The house belongs to Llucmajor, situated 17 Km away, a charming and traditional village in the south of Mallorca. You will find shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants where you can taste the authentic Majorcan cuisine. To the southeast, you will find the charming beach of Cala Pi, with crystal clear turquoise waters and surrounded by spectacular cliffs. Further south you will find the beaches of Ses Covetes and Es Trenc. A car is necessary to get around.
IMPORTANT!
- Reservations for groups of young people under the age of 30 are not accepted.

We spent a fabulous 10 days at the villa. It was everything we expected - and more. It is very well equipped, spacious, clean and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool. The location is residential and relatively quiet, which suited us. The supermarket is nearby which proved useful. Joan was the perfect host and was on-hand throughout our stay. We cannot rate this villa highly enough.

A very cozy house with everything. It’s not far from the airport and the central city. There is a big supermarket just beside the house. You can also easily walk or drive to the seaside. It’s a wonderful place to watch the sunset.

The Villa was located across the road from a huge supermarket called Mercadonna. We loved the pool and the barbeque. The key was left in a locked box with a code sent to me when we arrived. The kitchen had everything we needed. They also had a chess set in the lounge room which we used a few times. The 4 bedrooms were all a good size. The 4th bedroom was downstairs and was 2 single beds. but it was next to its own bathroom which was really great. There was another shopping centre 10 minutes walk away which had a few restaurants and another supermarket. Location was really great.

Perfectly clean, big house with a lot of furniture and equipment. Nice pool, 150m to a supermarket, a few mins walk to the beautiful sea shore. The agent was always happy to help, and the landlord was problemless.

Some electricity was not working, including pool lights. Some insect remedies would be nice to equip the house with, as it's natural that ants and other "stuff" are likely to enter the house from the outside.
