The house is divided as follows: A small entrance area leads directly to the cosy living room, to the left of which is a small bedroom with a 90 cm wide bed, followed by a bathroom. Next is the kitchen, equipped with a modern ceramic hob, dishwasher and everything necessary for cooking. From here, you also have direct access to the beautiful terrace. Also from the kitchen, a staircase leads to the first floor with another 3 bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, a large double bed and a small private terrace with views of the pool and the ochre-coloured rooftops of the surrounding area. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom and are furnished with a double bed and another with two single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The house is built with stone walls to keep the interior cool during the hot summer months and has central heating for cosy rooms in winter.
High-speed internet with 600 Mbps fibre optic connection ensures a fast connection, ideal for remote working or streaming. The house also features a SmartTV for entertainment.
There is also a barbecue and a garden table with chairs, ideal for grilling local produce and enjoying delicious outdoor meals. This is ideal for socialising. The sun loungers next to the pool offer the perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy the sun.
The city centre is just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to explore local shops, cafés, restaurants and cultural points of interest without a car.

This was a very easy and enjoyable stay. The location is perfect, Pollenca is very accessible by bus from the airport and local buses to Port de Pollenca seemed pretty frequent as well (obviously taxis available too!). The house was very tidy and clesee more

Wir haben das Haus zu viert gemietet und haben dort einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen, sehr schmalen Straße. Direkt am Haus gibt es keine Parkmöglichkeiten, aber in den umliegenden Straßen kann man fündig werden. Mit den vier Schlafzimmern und drei Bädern ist das Haus sehr komfortabel ausgestattet und hätte auch für sieben Personen genug Platz geboten, auch wenn drei der vier Zimmer recht klein waren. Die Küche war sehr gut mit allem eingerichtet (Herd, Ofen, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach). Sehr schön war auch der Innenhof, wo es einen kleinen Pool gab, der nachts wunderschön beleuchtet war. Dort stand auch ein Grill und im Abstellraum befand sich die Waschmaschine. Die ganze Anlage war gut gepflegt und der Gastgeber hat sich sehr gut um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Check-in und -out haben perfekt funktioniert. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

A wonderful townhouse in a perfect location , in such a beautiful old town . The decoration and design is super special , traditional and cozy. Super friendly and helpful hosts, we had a great time and we didn't have to worry aboout anything. The location couldn't be better. The center of town has a lot of atmosphere but the street where the house is located is quiet, you don't have to worry about noise at night. Thanks for everything!
