Description
Beautiful three storey townhouse located in Alcudia with a unique sea view.
The first floor has all the comforts from a spacious living room with dining table, large windows and a large terrace with sea views. a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom and a fully fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and more.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one double en suite with fitted wardrobes and a spectacular terrace with sea views. On the other side a bedroom with two single beds and a complete bathroom.
On the third floor is the master bedroom with double bed en suite, the best views of the property towards the sea.
A few steps in front of the property there is a direct access to a beach with crystal clear water.
It is adapted to receive cyclists as it has a large garage to be able to store them.
Please note: (There is the possibility of renting the twin house next door and even up to 8 people can be accommodated in the same house, this must be requested on request).
It should be noted that we have fibre optics with high speed internet to be able to telework.
Smoking is only permitted outdoors
All bedrooms are air-conditioned and available 24 hours a day.Pool dimensions 7x3m / Depth max: 1.8m /Depth min:0.9m

This village is a small paradise right by the sea; there are only two hotels, three restaurants and a supermarket.
The sand and pebble beach " Cala Poncet" in Alcanda has crystal clear waters and wild nature.
The restaurant La Terraza is beautifully situated by the sea with excellent cuisine and a dream view of the passing yachts.
At the end of the village is an 18-hole golf course. The Club de Golf Alcanada was built in 2003 by the legendary golf architects Robert Trent Jones Sr. & Jr. and is located in the middle of a nature reserve and offers sensational views of the bay.
The charming Puerto de Alcudia with its harbour promenade and the beautiful old town of Alcudia can be reached by car or bus from Alcanada in just a few minutes.

Pool towels and a welcome basket are provided with every booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday.
24h availability for any kind of questions and assistance.
This chalet can accommodate babies. Cot and high chair included on request at no extra cost.
Please inform us a few days before your arrival about your expected time of arrival (flight/boat number if applicable) to arrange together the handover of the keys.

BBQ needs replacing as it was dirty wasn’t fit for purpose, which was a shame. The towel rails need fitting core toy and the seals in the bathroom need replacing especially on the 3rd floor.

Lovely large house with beautiful views. A Spar and very nice restaurant within walking distance and a 5 min car trip takes you to Alcudia port with all the amenities you need. We spent a lovely week here that was perfect for a family of 4.Communicatsee more

Er is wel een spar in de buurt, maar die is aan de prijzige kant. Verder geweldige vakantie gehad!! Bedankt!!

Von den Zimmern und der Terrasse aus hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf das Meer. Der Check in funktionierte über eine Schlüsselbox, und passte so perfekt zu unserer Anreisezeit. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, bei dem man für das Frühstück einkaufen kann. Außerdem ist man in 3 min zu Fuß am Strand.
