This stylish holiday home is located in the heart of the charming village of Porreres, one of the most authentic villages in Mallorca - an oasis of tranquillity nestled in the warm atmosphere of a small town known for its cosy cafés, traditional weekly markets and authentic character.
The house boasts a wonderful outdoor area: the shimmering turquoise-blue pool (6 x 5 m, depth 1.00 - 1.90 m) invites you to cool off on hot days. It is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers for relaxing hours, an outdoor shower and a cosy barbecue area with a covered dining area - ideal for long summer evenings under the stars. Lemon and orange trees grow in the lovingly landscaped garden, filling the air with their scent and conveying a pure Mediterranean holiday feeling.
Inside, the house is modern, open-plan and flooded with light. The fully air-conditioned living space is spread over two floors. On the ground floor you will find a stylish living and dining room as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There is direct access to the terrace from the kitchen and living area.The separate laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board is practical.
There is also a bedroom on this level with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and a private bathroom en suite with shower.
Two further bedrooms await you on the upper floor: one is equipped with a bed measuring 1.4 m by 2 m and air conditioning, which is perfect for children or friends. The second bedroom also has a bed measuring 1.4 metres by 2 metres, air conditioning, a walk-in wardrobe and a modern en suite bathroom with shower. There is also a further bathroom with a bathtub.
Porreres itself is a place that touches the soul, traditional, quiet and yet lively. Enjoy a café con leche on the plaza, stroll through the small alleyways or discover the surrounding area by bike. The central location makes the house the ideal starting point to experience Mallorca in all its diversity.
