This beautiful family estate is located just 400 metres from the charming old town of Alcúdia, a true holiday paradise with a Mediterranean touch and plenty of space to relax.
The spacious swimming saltwater pool (8 x 12 m, depth between 1.3 and 1.8 m), surrounded by a spacious sunbathing terrace, is located in the centre of a dream garden. Numerous sun loungers invite relaxation, while palm trees, flowering bougainvillea and a well-kept garden perfectly complete the Mediterranean atmosphere. There is a ping-pong table to change the air, and the covered terrace with dining table is perfect for enjoying cosy summer evenings with family and friends, including a brick barbecue area to enjoy culinary moments outdoors.
The interior of the property is modern and cosy. The spacious living-dining room on the ground floor offers comfortable seating, plenty of light and direct access to the terrace. The adjacent kitchen, fully equipped (with dishwasher), leaves nothing to be desired. On this level there is also a bedroom with air conditioning, a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
On the upper floor there are three other bedrooms with air conditioning, one of them with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and access to a wonderful terrace with panoramic views. Another bedroom with a 1.60 x 2.00 m bed and a third with another 1.80 x 2.00 m bed offer a comfortable space for a night of restorative sleep. Another full bathroom completes the upper floor.

At the heart of the house, you'll find a cozy living and dining area with satellite TV ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. The adjacent, separate and fully equipped kitchen has its own dining area and state-of-the-art amenities: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, crockery and cutlery, coffee machine, toaster, kettle everything you need for your culinary adventures.
You'll sleep comfortably in four bedrooms, each with a double bed, and one room with two single beds. One of the bedrooms also features a workspace with a desk and chair. There is also a fast fiber optic internet connection, perfect for quiet moments or working from home. Two bright bathrooms with showers are located inside the house, and a third bathroom with shower is located directly next to the pool in the outdoor area.
Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning (heating/cooling) are available throughout the house, ensuring comfort all year round.

La ubicación también es ideal: está en Alcudia, muy cerca del pueblo, lo que nos permitió disfrutar de la tranquilidad sin estar lejos de tiendas, restaurantes y otros servicios. Uno de los mayores atractivos fue la increíble piscina, perfecta para relajarse y pasar el día. Además, la zona de barbacoa resultó ideal para nuestras comidas al aire libre. Un punto extra es que pudimos trabajar cómodamente desde la villa, ya que los espacios eran tranquilos y bien acondicionados para ello. En resumen, Sa Portassa superó nuestras expectativas. Es una villa perfecta para unas vacaciones en grupo o en familia, combinando comodidad, espacio y buena ubicación. ¡Muy recomendable! |

Es freut uns sehr zu hören, dass Sie Ihren Aufenthalt in der Villa so genossen haben und sowohl die ruhige Lage als auch den Garten und den Salzwasserpool als entspannend empfunden haben. Besonders schön ist es zu wissen, dass auch die Abende auf der Terrasse, beim Tischtennis und am Grill zu einem gelungenen Urlaub beigetragen haben.
