Numerous sun loungers invite relaxation, while palm trees, flowering bougainvillea and a well-kept garden perfectly complete the Mediterranean atmosphere. There is a ping-pong table to change the air, and the covered terrace with dining table is perfect for enjoying cosy summer evenings with family and friends, including a brick barbecue area to enjoy culinary moments outdoors.
The interior of the property is modern and cosy. The spacious living-dining room on the ground floor offers comfortable seating, plenty of light and direct access to the terrace. The adjacent kitchen, fully equipped (with dishwasher), leaves nothing to be desired. On this level there is also a bedroom with air conditioning, a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
