On a generous living space of 280 m², 5 tastefully furnished bedrooms await you, one of which is also equipped with a sofa bed. All rooms, except one, have air conditioning - for pleasant cooling on hot summer days. The one room that is not air-conditioned has a fan for refreshing air circulation.

The villa impresses with its private garden with cosy garden furniture and a fenced plot that offers plenty of privacy. The spacious terrace invites you to spend the day outdoors, whether barbecuing in the specially designed barbecue area or relaxing by the private pool. The panorama that you can enjoy from the bedroom on the first floor is particularly delightful - thanks to the large panoramic windows, you have a breathtaking view of the picturesque landscape and the charming village of Buger.

Inside the villa you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay.

One of the 5 spacious bedrooms is also equipped with a sofa bed.

The villa combines rustic charm with modern amenities. You can cook to your heart's content in the open-plan and fully equipped kitchen. Here you will find everything you need, including a dishwasher and tumble dryer.

IMPORTANT:

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.
Per day and person, the tax is
from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and
from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.

LOCATION

Buger is a small town on a hill and offers authentic Mallorcan flair.

Pollenca is 15 km away and it is 20 km to the north coast, with the well-known towns of Puerto de Pollenca, Alcudia and Puerto de Alcudia. All relevant Spanish (Mercadona and Eroski) and German (Lidl and Aldi) supermarkets are available in Inca (approx. 10 minutes drive). Palma as well as the longest beaches of Mallorca in the bay of Alcudia are only 20 to 30 minutes away. The probably most interesting flea market of the island takes place every Sunday in Consell, which is only 10 minutes away. Thanks to the good transport connections, the villa is an ideal starting point to many beaches, good shopping possibilities, wonderful excursion destinations, hiking and cycling trails as well as to the island capital Palma.
