Radio telephone seems like an error or incorrect translation.

Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas → better Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas.
There are too many capital letters, sections and line breaks.
The section under request is somewhat disorganised.
The Ecotax and deposit should go in an Important Information section, not mixed with the description.
Taxes and ecotax contradicts the previous section somewhat where it seems to be charged separately. I would definitely review that.
There are some spelling mistakes: reciclage → reciclaje, Pollenca → Pollença, Buger → Búger, etc.
Commercially, it lacks selling the experience more: privacy, swimming pool, barbecue nights, rural setting, strategic location, etc.
I would make it considerably more elegant and flowing, without inventing anything that doesn't appear in your information. Something like this:

Wonderful villa situated in the countryside in Búger, Mallorca, a charming and peaceful village with excellent motorway connection, allowing very convenient access to the entire island.
The property is very private and surrounded by nature, ideal for those seeking tranquillity without sacrificing comfort.
This former rustic farmhouse has recently been transformed into a spacious and comfortable villa, with a private swimming pool located at the front of the house.
House Layout
The main entrance provides access to a spacious dining room and kitchen, directly connected to the rear patio, where the barbecue area is located.
To the right, there is a bedroom with en suite bathroom.
To the left, you will find the lounge and a hallway leading to a large bedroom with private sitting area and full bathroom.
From the entrance, another staircase leads to two additional bedrooms:
One with en suite bathroom and private terrace.
Two more that share a bathroom and a cosy sitting area.
All bedrooms have air conditioning and are equipped with two single beds.
