Enjoy an unforgettable stay at Hermosa Villa Faro II, a welcoming villa located in Menorca, with spectacular views of the emblematic Artruix Lighthouse. Ideal for families or groups of up to 5 people seeking tranquillity, comfort and a unique seaside setting.
The villa has 3 bedrooms:
• 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms with shower.
• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 cm.
• 1 additional full bathroom with shower, for shared use.
The lounge is spacious and bright, equipped with television and a relaxation area. The dining area integrates perfectly with the space to enjoy group meals.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay: hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
Outside you will find a fantastic private swimming pool surrounded by garden, with outdoor dining area and sun loungers to relax in the sun. It also has an outdoor shower, perfect after a day at the beach.
The villa enjoys a privileged location, facing the Artruix Lighthouse and close to the coast, offering unique sea views and unforgettable sunsets.

IMPORTANT
In the Balearic Islands, an ecotourism tax ("Ecotasa") must be paid for each guest over 16 years of age. The rate is €0.55 per person per day from 1 November to 30 April and €2.20 per person per day from 1 May to 31 October. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half.
The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is mandatory.
Pool towels and a welcome basket are included in each booking. In addition, we provide all information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, tourist attractions, etc.) in an online guide so guests can make the most of their stay.
Available 24 hours for questions or assistance.
This villa is also suitable for babies. Upon request, a cot and a high chair are available at no additional charge.
Please share with us a few days before your arrival your expected arrival time (flight/boat number, if applicable) so that we can arrange the key handover together.
Final cleaning included.
Events are not permitted.
Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor area.

This house is beautiful. From the moment I saw it in photos, I knew it would be a great choice, and I didn't have to convince my family too much since they felt the same way. We had planned to visit the island of Menorca to experience Balearic culture, especially the famous Maones cheese we had heard so much about. The house did not disappoint it was impeccably clean, and we had no problems whatsoever. We will definitely return.

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gefallen. Sie entsprach genau den Fotos, und wir hatten keinerlei Beschwerden.
Der einzige kleine Nachteil waren die Check-in- und Check-out-Zeiten: Der Check-in ist erst ab 16:00 Uhr möglich und der Check-out muss vor 10see more

Durante esos días la isla está abarrotada de gente, así que es mejor tener dónde alojarse. Este alojamiento fue perfecto. Lo pasamos genial porque tenía piscina, y después de las fiestas podíamos refrescarnos. Lo recomendamos encarecidamente.

Wir kamen auf die Insel, um den berühmten Camí de Cavalls zu absolvieren – eine sportliche Herausforderung, die wir unbedingt meistern wollten. Unser Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Die Villa war sehr ruhig und bot uns die perfekte Möglichkeit, uns vor dem Lauf zu erholen und zu entspannen.
Sie liegt zudem sehr nah an Supermärkten und dem Ortszentrum. Das Team von Home Villas war äußerst freundlich und kümmerte sich um alle unsere Anliegen und Bedürfnisse. Wir empfehlen, Mückenschutz mitzubringen, falls ihr die Abende auf der Terrasse am Pool verbringen möchtet. Im Haus selbst gab es jedoch keinerlei Probleme. Vielen Dank! |
