Description
Villa Joan i Nuria Beach House is a traditional Menorcan house, located a few meters from the beach.
Upon entering you find a large patio where you can enjoy a barbecue and a stone table.
The house develops on one floor. It has a living room, an equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, two with two single beds, and the other two with double beds. Outside you can enjoy a large table, swimming pool, sun loungers for when they return from the beach and a bathroom with shower.
Keep in mind that it does not have air conditioning
The house is located in the north of the island of Menorca and is perfect for discovering its crystalline water coves and wonderful landscapes.

IMPORTANT
A welcome basket is provided with every booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday.
Smoking is allowed outdoors

This chalet can accommodate babies. Cot and high chair included on request at no extra cost.
Please inform us a few days before your arrival about your expected time of arrival (flight/boat number if applicable) to arrange together the handover of the keys.

We had a wonderful stay here. It has lovely out door areas, the pool was perfect & we all made great use of it. The kitchen was well equipped & we had everything we needed. Beds very comfortable. Communication was great throughout & Homevillas360 wesee more

Great location, 2 mins short walk to the beach, 3 mins to the supermarket and pizza restaurant. At night there are more restaurant sa long the seafront a great location to explore the island, we went all over and loved the culture. a short drive to fsee more

Sea kayak on the south coast, evening stroll find Ciutadela and views from del Toro. Accomodation his spacious and clean and the pool is super soft salt water.
