A very comfortable modern villa in the area Costabella, Marbella. It offers a total of three bedrooms and three bathrooms distributed between a main house with two bathrooms and two bedrooms and a separate apartment with one bedroom and one bathroom, its own kitchen and living area.
The location only a short walk to the beach could not be better. Several beach restaurants like Luuma beach, Bono's beach, Siroko and Nosso are within walking distance as well as shopping facilities and a couple of bars. The area is very quiet and perfect for families.
The large open plan living/dining/kitchen area has high ceilings and light shining in from all four sides. It has large sliding doors giving access to the terrace and garden area. The whole house has air-conditioning and underfloor heating for in the winter. Even in the master bathroom underneath the natural stone bath there is heating.
The kitchen has all modern appliance and even an integrated coffee maker and wine fridge. The pool area is very private and has a large decking around for sunbathing.
The villa in Marbella has 3 bedrooms and has capacity for 6 people.
The villa is tastefully-furnished, is ample, and is 195 m².

Stunning modern villa with spa and gym in Altos de Marbella, Los Monteros. The villa offers panoramic sea views from all angles and from the outdoor areas as well as the indoor areas with floor to ceiling windows. This luxurious property is distributed over 4 levels and has an amazing roof terrace with BBQ and lounge area offering 360 degree views to the mountains and the sea. This is the perfect place to enjoy a family dinner at sunset or a cocktail with friends. Upon entering the property, it is directly clear that no expense has been spared in the quality of the build, as you enter through a four metre high entrance door into the full height ceiling hallway with modern chandelier lighting. As mentioned above, the property is distributed over split levels, so from the entrance you can walk up to the gym and bedrooms or down to the open plan living/dining/kitchen area and main pool area. This is a beautiful house with even better outdoor space. There is a guest book that they send for the house but the link does not upload so you really need to figure out everything on your own in terms of how the dishwasher, microwave, washing machisee more
This is a beautiful house with even better outdoor space. There is a guest book that they send for the house but the link does not upload so you really need to figure out everything on your own in terms of how the dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, oven, hot water, windows, doors, internet, trash & recycling ext. work. FYI:The washing machine is outside in a white cabinet next to the pool if you’re looking for it. This is listed as a 3 bedroom but it is 2 different units. There is the main house with 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds that are pushed together without anand ikea mattresses that separate during the night. If you are staying as a family be aware that you’ll be staying in the main house and your children in a separate apartment. This would be an ideal house for a group of friendscouples. The kitchen is fully equipped, the fridge & ice box are large.There is plenty of closet space and space to store suitcases. And the beach is 7 minutes away and pool is clean.
