It has 4 bedrooms—two with double beds and two with two single beds, all with fans—a spacious living room with air conditioning, and 2 bathrooms with showers. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can enjoy your meals just like at home.
Located in a quiet residential area, the villa is just 250 m from one of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca. Outside, you can relax in the garden with barbecue, enjoy the outdoor dining area, and take advantage of the fenced plot for greater privacy during your vacation in Mallorca.

The Balearic Islands have a tourist tax, known as the Ecotasa, which must be paid by all guests over the age of 16.
The tax is charged per person per day
from 1 November to 30 April: €0.55 and
from 1 May to 31 October: €2.20.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half.
The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is mandatory.
A welcome pack are provided free of charge with every booking.
