Just a few minutes from the sea, in the beautiful bay, Cala San Vicente is home to this beautiful villa with a swimming pool.

The entrance leads to the right to the reception area, where there is a desk. The dining room is equipped with panoramic windows and leads directly to the terrace with seating and dining area, as well as the beautiful garden with a swimming pool. To the right of the living area is the fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet. To the left of the entrance is a double bedroom with a large bathroom and access to the front terrace. On the upper floor there are 3 more bedrooms, two with double beds, another with two single beds. Additionally, there are 3 bathrooms on this level. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Cala de Sant Vicente is a small holiday resort on the rocky north coast and consists of three small beaches, as well as some bars and restaurants. You can explore the other beaches on foot. The place is perfect for a relaxing holiday in Mallorca in an isolated location.
In the vicinity, there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and excursion centres. The beautiful crystal-clear beach of Cala Molins is just 50 metres away.

For larger groups you can rent the villa “Can Bojaca”, which is located next door and offers space for another 6 people.

The entrance leads you to the fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and induction. Next door you will find a spacious living room with a predominance of wood and stone, fireplace, satellite TV and DVD and access to the outside.

The property has 4 double bedrooms, all with air conditioning. One of them has a 150 cm double bed, en suite bathroom and access to the outside. The rest have 2 single beds of 90 cm, one of which also has access to the outside, and they share 2 full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.

The outdoor area of the house should be highlighted, since it has a porch that wraps around the house, giving rise to different areas with tables and chairs. In addition, one of these areas is able to be completely covered with transparent canvas and thus be able to spend an evening outside in any weather. You will also find a barbecue, a toilet, a table tennis table, swings, large garden with trees, swimming pool and plenty of parking.

The villa is located in the quiet area of La Font, just 1.5 km from the town of Pollensa. The popular beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa are 4 km away.
