Amazing villa with private pool and lovely garden in Pollensa, Mallorca North, perfect for 8 guests. Pollensa is one of the most beautiful areas of the island. Nearby you’ll find supermarkets, restaurants and the Pollensa golf course. The next beach, Puerto de Pollensa, is just 6.5 km from the house and the surroundings are perfect for hiking and cycling. We recommend you to visit the old town of Pollensa with the Calvary or visit the Tramuntana Mountains, including Sóller and Valldemossa. A car is necessary. The exteriors are amazing and feature a private, 10 x 6 metres chlorine water pool, a spacious terrace with several sun loungers, an exterior shower and a barbecue. You will enjoy sunbathing in the well-kept garden, playing ping-pong or al fresco-dining at the porch. The one-storey house has a living-dining area, a fully-fitted kitchen including a vitro hob and a dishwasher and 4 air conditioned bedrooms. One bedroom comes with 2 single beds and an en suite shower bath while 3 rooms are fitted with a double bed. The house provides you with 2 separate bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with a shower and hair dryer; free Wifi, a TV with satellite channels and a cot on request. To consider: The air conditioning is working from 8 pm to 8 am. There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. During the high season, it reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be paid before arrival. Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require these documents by email. The damage deposit of 300 Eur will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link via email. This elegant villa is located in the north of the island, just a few metres from the well-known village of Pollensa in Mallorca. It has been furnished by the owner with unique and special details that create a harmonious atmosphere. Here you can relax and enjoy your holiday together with your loved ones. The holiday home consists of two floors, on the ground floor there are two bedrooms, the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, the other room has a double bed. There is also a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds, which share a full bathroom. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable temperature. The outdoor area of the holiday home has a large sun terrace with sun loungers, a covered chill-out corner and a barbecue area, so that nothing stands in the way of enjoying hours of pleasure. Important In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age. Per day and person, the tax is from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The well-known beaches of Cala San Vicente 5 km away. The main attraction of Cala Sant Vicente is to enjoy the tranquillity and visit the various beaches such as Cala Barques, Cala Clara and Cala Molin. The crystal-clear waters and rock formations make Cala Sant Vicente an ideal place for diving. In the old town of Pollença you will find numerous shopping opportunities and a variety of restaurants. There is also a large fruit and vegetable market here every Sunday. The landmarks of the old town are the 365 steps and the Calvario, at the top of which is the small baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolises a day of the year. Numerous cultural events and music festivals take place in the historic atmosphere of Pollença. Puerto de Pollença, the harbour of Pollença, is located in the north of Mallorca and around 6 km from the old town. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. In contrast to other holiday resorts on Mallorca, the coast is not completely built up with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a large selection of cafés and restaurants and some excellent hotels.
