Lovely villa with private pool located in Pollensa, Mallorca, in the countryside but just at a short walking distance of the lovely town. There is a parking place, a beautitful pool with sunloungers and a covered terrace that leads into the property. Inside, there is a nice dining and living room with a charming fireplace, and a graceful kitchen to the right. To the left there is a bathroom, a door open to the side terrace, where there is a tennis table, and stairs to the first floor, where there are a bathroom and two comfortable bedrooms. A beautiful place to relax and enjoy the town at the same time.

The beautiful beach, with crystal clear waters of Cala Sant Vicente are only 6 kilometres away.

It should be noted that we have fiber optics with high speed internet to be able to telework. We have recycling bins to take care of the environment.

Puerto de Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Unlike other holiday resorts on Mallorca, the coast is not completely built up with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide choice of cafés and restaurants and some excellent hotels.

The town's landmark is the 365 steps and the Calvario, at the top of which is the small 18th century baroque chapel. Each step symbolises a day of the year.

With 130 m2, this spacious house can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
