Description
Charming villa situated in the countryside in Pollença, Mallorca, a short distance from town. It has a beautiful garden that surrounds the spacious and comfortable terrace, equipped with a dining area, a barbecue and sun loungers. Inside the property we find a small but beautiful living room, and a large and comfortable kitchen on the right. From the living room to the left we find a charming bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable bathroom. The perfect place for a couple or a couple with a baby.
It should be noted that we have fiber optics with high speed internet to be able to telework. We have recycling bins to take care of the environment.
Smoking is allowed outdoors

The holiday villa is located in the quiet area just 2 minutes drive from the village of Pollensa. The well-known beaches of Cala San Vicente 5 km away. The main attraction of Cala Sant Vicente is to enjoy the tranquillity and visit the various beaches such as Cala Barques, Cala Clara and Cala Molin. The crystal clear waters and rock formations make Cala Sant Vicente an ideal place for diving.
In the old town of Pollença you will find many shopping opportunities and a variety of restaurants. There is also a large fruit and vegetable market here every Sunday.
The landmark of the old town are the 365 steps and the Calvario, at the top of which is the small baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolises a day of the year.
Numerous cultural events and music festivals take place in the historic atmosphere of Pollença.
Puerto de Pollença the port of Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca and about 6 km from the old town. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Unlike other holiday resorts on Mallorca, the coast is not completely built up with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide choice of cafés and restaurants and some excellent hotels.

The villa is situated near Pollensa and has picturesque views of the countryside. The villa was easy to find and it was easy to drive there from the airport thanks to the motorway and larger roads to Pollensa. The host provided clear communicationwitsee more

The villa was easy to find and it was easy to drive there from the airport thanks to the motorway and larger roads to Pollensa. The host provided clear communicationwith information on accessing the key and entering the villa. The villa was super clean on arrival and we enjoyed the outdoor space in the morning and evenings (during the day we were exploring the island). One can walk to the village in about 15 minutes where there are many restaurants. Top tip: it's probably better to walk than try to drive down the narrow streets in the village. Also a short drive away are grocery stores. A big thanks for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable! Would definitely recommend the villa for couples looking for a relaxing holiday.

Located on the edge of a Olive tree field with a corner little grass garden, perfect for sunbathing on long chair, the small house is a walk away from Pollenca in a very quiet lovely residential street. Hoping that the price will stay the same and that we will be able to come back to this good value place in Pollenca ! Highly recommend it.

La cuisine et la villa sont relativement bien équipée, mais assurez-vous de vous apporter notamment des capsules de café Nespresso et du papier hygiénique puisque ce n’est pas fourni par l’établissement. Pep was super nice and whenever we had an issue, he answered quickly. The area where the house is located, so there are Fig trees and lemon trees around. I can really recommend it. Moreover, Pollenca is a super nice village with a lot of restaurants and shops and beautiful nature around.

Il y a également une machine à laver le linge et la vaisselle. Bon accueil avec une bouteille de vin rouge et de l 'eau. Bonne communication , facile à trouver ...tout s'est déroulé sans problème. Le highlight était sans doute les visites du chat du voisin, câlin et joueur qui nous a fait un peu oublier l'absence du nôtre! à recommander sans hésitation.

Great villa perfect for a couple, it's furnished with modern furniture. The TV is a smart TV with Netflix and prime. The kitchen is well equipped. There are two coffee machines ones a filter and ones a nespresso. There's a frsee more

Great villa perfect for a couple, it's furnished with modern furniture. The TV is a smart TV with Netflix and prime. The kitchen is well equipped. There are two coffee machines ones a filter and ones a nespresso. There's a fridge with small freezer and a dishwasher. The supermarket is a 15 minute walk (Lidl and Eroski) the Eroski is more of a proper supermarket than Lidl although we used both. You will need a euro coin to use a trolley at both. The town centre is also 15 to 20 minutes walk and there is a big market on a Sunday morning. Porta Pollensa is 10 minutes car drive away. The villa has a lovely outside space but beware that Spain has mosquitoes, we kept the door pulled too and all the windows closed to avoid them getting in. We really enjoyed our stay here and would come back to this villa should we return to Mallorca. |

There was everything we needed for two people. We really liked the area around Pollenca, it was the perfect spot to discover the northern part of Mallorca. Pollenca itself is a very beautiful city with a lot of great restaurants.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und die Bilder entsprachen genau der Realität. Auch das kleine Städtchen istsehr schön und man hat viele Möglichkeiten abends essen zu gehen:) Der Check-in bzw. Check-out war total unkompliziert (Schlüsselbox am Haus)! An Kleinigkeiten wie Olivenöl, Spülmaschinentabs, mehr Gewürzen, Backpapier, Alufolie etc. hat es etwas gemangelt und wir mussten noch einiges einkaufen. Das könnte noch verbessert werden.

Kleine Finca in schöner Lage. Wir waren fünf Tage in dieser Finca. Die Kommunikation vorab verlief sehr gut, der Check in entsprechend ebenso. Es standen ein Orangensaft, Sekt und Wasser für uns bereit. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man benötigtjedoch definitiv ein Auto. Man kann gut auf dem Gelände parken. Das Tor ist allerdings manuell zu betätigen. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Geschirrspüler, was ich sehr gut finde, ein Trockner wäre natürlich auch nicht verkehrt. Ich finde leider, dass die Finca sauberer hätte sein müssen, auf der Couch lag vom Vormieter sehr viel Sand, sodass wir uns dort nicht hingesetzt haben. Ich hätte mir zumindest an dem Fenster im Schlafzimmer ein Fliegengitter gewünscht, die Mücken sind verrückt und man wird maßlos zerstochen. Draußen lan man sich deswegen leider gar nicht aufhalten. Der Garten ist sehr klein, hätte ich mir größer vorgestellt. Ein kleiner Plastikpool oder eine Gartendusche haben mir sehr gefehlt. Ich hätte mir mehr als nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier gewünscht. Gut fand ich, dass ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden waren, sodass man einmal wechseln konnte. Ich würde die Unterkunft alles in allem weiterempfehlen.

Pollença ist ein sehr schöner Ort mit toller Umgebung und Innenstadt, uns gefiel das auf Anhieb! Das Grundstück selbst ist sehr großzügig, was uns positiv überraschte. Tagsüber hört man den Verkehr der Hauptstraße ein wenig, aber unsstörte das nicht. In der Küche roch es am Anfang etwas muffig, da musste erstmal kräftig gelüftet werden, dann war alles ok ) Das einzig Nervige waren die aggressiven Moskitos, nichts ging ohne Anti-Mücken-Spray! Fliegengitter in einigen Fenster hätten wir gut gefunden. Aber wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage und können die Unterkunft nur wärmstes empfehlen.

This house is a great holiday rental for anyone looking for a great Mallorca experience! We spent 1 week at this house and we can guarantee you will have a good time. The villa is close to Pollenca where you will find lots of good restaurants andshops. Also, the beautiful beach Playa de Formentor is worth the 30 min drive. WIth 4 bedrooms and 5 baths, there is plenty of room for 2 families + kids. Pep is a great host and provided local tips and was easy to communicate with both before and during our stay. Very service-minded and gave us advice on what to explore on the island. I will highly recommend this house and Pep and hope to come back soon!
