Port de Pollença - Villa

This dreamlike finca is located just 5 minutes from the picturesque harbour of Port de Pollença and offers a perfect oasis for up to 6 guests. With a generous living space of 120 m², the accommodation is distributed over 3 cosy bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The outdoor area is characterised by a beautiful 4,000 m² garden, which is lovingly decorated with Mediterranean plants and flowers. Here you will find garden furniture, a fenced plot and a spacious terrace - the ideal place to enjoy the day outdoors. The refreshing private pool invites you to cool off on hot summer days.

The finca has numerous amenities such as WLAN, satellite TV, a washing machine and a fireplace. There is space for four vehicles in the private car park. A highlight is the spacious barbecue area with dining table, sink, oven and barbecue - perfect for cosy evenings in the open air.

Inside, the house exudes the authentic charm of Mallorca: The ceilings in the living room and bedrooms are decorated with typical Mediterranean wooden beams. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired.

All bedrooms and living rooms are air-conditioned to ensure pleasant temperatures even on warm days.

IMPORTANT
In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.
Per day and person, the tax is
from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and
from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.

Pool towels and a welcome basket are provided with every booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday.

The holiday villa is situated only 2 minutes drive from the village of Pollensa. The well-known beaches of Cala San Vicente are 5 km away. The crystal clear waters and rock formations make Cala Sant Vicente an ideal place for diving.

Puerto de Pollença the port of Pollença is situated in the north of Mallorca and is about 6 km from the old town. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. In contrast to other resorts in Mallorca, the coast is not completely developed with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide range of cafés and restaurants and some excellent hotels.

In the old town of Pollença you will find many shopping opportunities and a wide variety of restaurants. There is also a large fruit and vegetable market every Sunday.
The landmark of the old town are the 365 steps and the Calvario, at the top of which is the small baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolises a day of the year.
Numerous cultural events and music festivals are held in the historical atmosphere of Pollença.
