Independent villa of 100 m² in a quiet area of Pollensa (Mallorca), perfect for families or groups of up to 6 people. Located just 3 km from Puerto Pollensa centre, sandy beaches and seafront promenade. Easy car access, with private parking right at the property's door. The villa has a private pool, spacious and fully fenced garden (maximum privacy and security, ideal for children or pets), and several terraces with barbecue for outdoor dining. It features 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, bright with comfortable beds and spacious wardrobes, all with individual air conditioning. The independent kitchen is fully equipped: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, ceramic hob and all basic utensils needed to cook without problems. Additionally, it includes fast Wi-Fi throughout the house, iron and ironing board. The property is well-maintained and prepared for a comfortable and hassle-free stay: close to restaurants, supermarkets and services (5-10 minutes by car), but with total tranquillity and without external noise.
IMPORTANT!
In the Balearic Islands, a tourist tax called Ecotasa is paid for each guest over 16 years old.
Per day and person,
from 1 November to 30 April 0.55 euros and
from 1 May to 31 October: 2.20 euros.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or in cash. Payment is mandatory.
Pool towels are provided and a welcome basket is included with each booking. We provide all information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, points of interest...) in an online guide so that you can fully enjoy your holidays.

This chalet can accommodate babies. Cot and high chair included upon request at no additional cost.

The landmark of Pollença's old town are the 365 steps of Calvary, which lead to a small 18th-century Baroque chapel. Each step symbolises a day of the year. The historic city is also known for its cultural events and music festivals.
