Villa Can Marco is a fantastic villa for up to 10 guests, ideal for families and groups of friends who wish to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in Sa Pobla, in the north of Mallorca. Its excellent location allows easy access to Alcudia, Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, with their beaches, restaurants and numerous activities.

The villa has 5 spacious bedrooms with 6 beds (4 double and 2 single), 4 fully equipped bathrooms, a bright living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen and several terraces to enjoy both indoors and outdoors. With a surface area of 374 square metres and a plot of 2,500 square metres, you will have all the space you need to relax.

The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning, free WiFi, kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything necessary for cooking. It also has a washing machine and iron for your convenience.

Private parking with 4 spaces in the same building, easy and secure access for the whole family. Villa Can Marco offers the perfect balance between tranquillity, comfort and privacy to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in Mallorca.

Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas. Groups of young people are welcome. Pets and events are not allowed. Final cleaning is included in your booking.

Important: Guests over 16 years of age must pay the Sustainable Tourism Tax (Ecotasa) in accordance with the regulations of the Balearic Islands. The amount is €2.20/person/night (1 May - 31 October) and €0.55/person/night (1 November - 30 April), with a 50% discount from the ninth night onwards.

Please let us know your expected check-in time before your arrival so we can arrange key delivery. Check-in time is from 16:00 hours and check-out is before 10:00 hours.
