On the lower floor there is a beautiful entrance hall with a staircase, a living area, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom, a separate bathroom with bathtub and shower, a dressing room, a guest area and a wonderful covered gallery terrace.
The first floor has three bedrooms, one with two balconies overlooking the garden, a bathroom with a bathtub and another with a shower.
The basement area is a large games room with a pool table, a card table, a small lounge with a television and a home bar.
