The heart of the accommodation is the historic windmill, around which the villa was built many years ago. This extraordinary architectural element not only gives the finca character and authenticity, but is also an essential part of the special living experience. The kitchen is directly connected to the windmill and creates a harmonious link between the living area and traditional Majorcan architecture. From the mill, you can access the pool area directly, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor spaces.
The villa has three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two further bedrooms each with two single beds (90 cm). It thus offers plenty of space for families or groups of friends. In addition, there are two complete bathrooms with shower, a cosy separate living room and a bright dining area for shared meals and social gatherings.
A very special highlight of the finca is the windmill itself, which has two accessible floors. Guests can climb to the top level and enjoy the magnificent views of the surrounding landscape. On the various levels there are tables and chairs that invite you to relax, have coffee, read or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Majorcan country life.
In the outdoor area you will find a pleasant outdoor dining area for long Mediterranean evenings, a spacious private garden, a fenced property, garden furniture and a beautiful private swimming pool for refreshment on warm summer days. There is also a children's play area for the little guests.
For a comfortable stay, the villa is equipped with WiFi, air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, washing machine, barbecue, iron, hairdryer, safe, individual gas heating and outdoor parking spaces on the property.
The separate kitchen with ceramic hob is fully equipped and offers everything you need for your stay: fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and extensive kitchen accessories.

IMPORTANT

On the Balearic Islands, an ecotourism tax ("Ecotasa") must be paid for every guest over 16 years of age. The rate is €0.55 per person per day from 1 November to 30 April and €2.20 per person per day from 1 May to 31 October. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is mandatory.

Pool towels and a welcome basket are included with every booking. We also provide all information about the surrounding area (bars, restaurants, beaches, attractions, etc.) in an online guide so that guests can make the most of their stay.
