This exclusive, newly built house is located in the quiet and picturesque coastal village of Son Serra de Marina, seamlessly blending modern design, the highest comfort, and a unique connection to nature. Just a few steps from the sea and surrounded by protected greenery, this property offers the perfect retreat for those seeking privacy, natural beauty, and an authentic Mediterranean lifestyle.
The house spans three floors, plus a rooftop terrace, all carefully designed to offer spacious rooms, abundant natural light, and extraordinary views of the sea and surrounding nature reserve.
On the ground floor, the main entrance opens into a large hallway, which also houses a practical utility room. An internal staircase connects this floor to the upper levels.
The first floor features a generous and bright living and dining area with an open, fully-equipped kitchen and a central cooking island with a wine fridge. Large windows at both ends of the house allow the sea breeze to flow freely through, creating a fresh, light-filled atmosphere. From here, you can access two large private terraces—one with sea views and the other with views and access to the pool. Both terraces offer a special visual connection between the sea and the nature reserve. Equipped with a BBQ area, both terraces are perfect for dining and relaxing.
This floor also features a fully-equipped guest bathroom with a shower.
The pool terrace is a true paradise. It can be accessed via an external staircase from the first floor or directly from the garden at the back of the house. Here, you’ll find a turquoise, 12-metre long saltwater pool, perfect for swimming. Surrounded by tropical and Mediterranean plants and trees, designer sunbeds, tables, parasols, and an outdoor shower, the pool area provides peace, relaxation, and enjoyment under the Mallorcan sun.
On the second floor, there are three spacious double bedrooms (between 15m² and 20m² in size), each with an en suite bathroom, a work desk, wardrobe, and 180 cm wide beds, made up of two 90 cm mattresses joined together by a zipper, ideal for flexible sleeping comfort. Two of the bedrooms share a terrace with sea views, perfect for enjoying the sunrise or winding down in the evening. The third room, with views of the pool and park, has a large private terrace offering tranquility and unobstructed views of the pool, nature reserve, and the sea.
The top floor crowns the house with a spectacular chill-out zone, furnished with sofas, a dining table, and parasols, offering breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding landscape. A magical spot to watch the sunset, dine al fresco, or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

Unser Aufenthalt in Mar I Cel war einfach perfekt. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht, um sich zu entspannen und die Zeit in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Ein echtes Highlight ist die Küche mit Meerblick – dort zu kochen ist ein wahres Vergnügen, und es fühlt sich wie ein Luxus an, währenddessen den Horizont zu betrachten.
Auch der Essbereich auf der Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer war unser Lieblingsplatz zum Mittagessen. Aber auch die andere Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool war ideal, um gemeinsame Zeit zu verbringen. Jeder Bereich des Hauses ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und sorgt für Komfort, Ruhe und Ästhetik. Alles ist durchdacht und gepflegt, sodass wir uns wunderbar erholen und viele glückliche Momente erleben konnten. Mar I Cel ist definitiv ein Ort, an den wir gerne zurückkehren möchten. |

Von Anfang an war der Service von Home Villas 360 einfach hervorragend. Wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen – mit kleinen, aber sehr geschätzten Details wie bereitgestelltem Trinkwasser, einer Flasche Wein sowie nützlichen Produkten zum Wäschewaschen und für die Spülmaschine.
Bei jeder Frage hat das Team schnell und freundlich geantwortet, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Das Haus war makellos sauber, wunderschön eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Besonders genossen wir den atemberaubenden Meerblick und den fantastischen Pool – einfach traumhaft! Es war eine wundervolle Erfahrung und wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder mit Home Villas 360 buchen.
