Finca "Ses Rotes", diseñada con encanto por nuestra propietaria Aina, pensando en cada pequeño detalle que puedan necesitar. Aquí estarán lejos del turismo de masas y podrán encontrar la paz y la relajación.
Si les gusta disfrutar de las vacaciones en el espacio exterior esta villa es para ustedes. El ambiente que les rodea es idílico para desconectar y disfrutar de Mallorca, la combinación de piedra colocada una por una y un diseño moderno, hacen que este lugar sea especial y cómodo. La piscina está rodeada de tumbonas, donde podrán descansar rodeados de naturaleza. Bajo los árboles hay una zona de comedor con barbacoa, donde podrán disfrutar de grandes veladas al aire libre.
El espacio interior es especial, el ambiente de frescura y combinación entre rural y moderno está presente en cada rincón de la casa. Al entrar encontrarán una gran mesa de olivo de color oscura y la cocina moderna y equipada a la perfección con tostadora, cafetera de filtro, menaje, utensilios y muchas más pequeñas cosas que te facilitarán las vacaciones. Dos cómodos sofás de color gris les están esperando para relajarse o mirar la televisión con conexión wifi con vistas a la piscina.
Las 3 habitaciones dobles (dos en suite) están totalmente equipadas con armarios empotrados y cómodos colchones para mayor descanso, aire acondicionado para los días de calor en cada habitación. Los 3 baños son completos, no les falta de nada, uno tiene bañera y los otros 2, ducha.
La finca se encuentra a las afueras de Campanet y cerca de los pueblos de Búger y Sa Pobla, donde podrán encontrar tiendas, exquisitos restaurantes y bares y buenos hornos donde comprar especialidades mallorquinas como las ensaïmadas. En los mercados locales de Campanet (lunes), Búger (sábado), Sa Pobla (domingo) o Alcúdia (martes y domingo) podrán encontrar productos frescos para preparar deliciosas comidas. A tan sólo 16 Km están las maravillosas playas de arena de Playa de Muro y Playa de Alcúdia.

The only small thing that we didn't like was having to take our trash to the dump ourselves. We didn't understand how it worked and ended up having to pay (€1/small bag). Plus it took us 45 minutes on the day of check out which we didn't budget for.

Pool hat uns nicht so gefallen, war nicht ganz sauber und da er freistehend war nicht so ansprechend (wussten wir allerdings bereits vorher) Hatten leider auch recht viele Ameisen im Haus und mussten daher mit Lebensmitteln aufpassen. Scheint allerdings normal zu sein für die Jahreszeit. Ansonsten toller Aufenthalt und Joan sehr schnell erreichbar.

Nous y avons séjourné avec nos 4 enfants, 2 adolescents, une petite fille de 3 ans et un bébé de 7 mois. Chacun a pu profiter pleinement de l'intérieur comme de l'extérieur. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables. Tout est d'une propreté remarquable. La cuisine est très bien équipée, les nombreuses salles de bains très bien conçues... L'environnement est paisible et propice à de longues siestes. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir :).

De villa is dichtbij de snelweg, dus je kan vanuit daar makkelijk overal naartoe rijden. Leuke restaurants in omliggende dorpen, bakkertjes en supermarkten zijn ook in de buurt (Sa Pablo en Inca. Het was altijd fijn om na een hele dag strandjes bezoeken of andere activiteiten, weer terug te komen in de villa. Het contact met Joan was ook fijn. Hij reageert erg snel op de berichten. Ik zou bij een volgend bezoek aan Mallorca, zeker weer deze villa boeken.

Three bedrooms was a bit overkill for me, but I got the space, peace and pool I was after! Everything was perfect, like walking into a show home. I will always stay here when I’m in Mallorca. Hopefully next time with my family to make use of all the space and bedrooms. I would say you need to have a car as it’s remote-ish (just what I wanted). I can’t think of a negative thing to say. I paid around £1,200 I think for a week. As a very frequent traveller that’s often 3 nights in a hotel that doesn’t come close to the peace and tranquility I felt here. Bravo and thank you for a wonderful stay. James Uk 48 years young today!

It is 20 mins from the nearest dock climbing in Caimari so a good base. The pool is a nice to have although we didn't use it too much as it wasn't the season. They were also able to provide a cot upon request. Would definitely stay again!

Für uns als 3 Generationenfamilie war die Unterkunft top. Großzügig innen als auch großes Areal draußen, welches die Kleinkinder gefahrlos nutzen konnten. Wir mussten nicht jeden ihrer Schritte beobachten, sehr angenehm. Wer allerdings eine schnell erreichbare Infrastruktur haben möchte ist hier fehl am Platz, denn man muss für alles das Auto nutzen. Supermärkte sind auch nicht mal eben um die Ecke. Dafür ist es ruhig, selbst die nahe gelegene Autobahn ist kaum hörbar. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Überall ist Fußbodenheizung vorhanden, welches wir im Februar sehr zu schätzen wussten, denn die Abende waren kühl. Es war alles vorhanden, was zum kochen nötigst ist und die nicht funktionstüchtige Kaffeemaschine wurde prompt ersetzt. Dafür vielen Dank an den Eigentümer. Die Schlafräume sind alle in ähnlicher Größe und mit guten Betten ausgestattet. Das einzige worauf ich persönlich gut verzichten könnte sind offene Bäder samt Toiletten. Fazit: tolle Unterkunft🤩

Lovely, spacious villa just outside Campanet which was perfect for us as we planned our visit to Majorca this time for visiting the northern and central parts of the island. Private, secluded spot with everything we needed, we loved it and due to it being Winter it got well chilly when the sun went down so the free standing bath was a great plus for a hot soak! A nice, quiet place to come back to every evening after long days out.

Maybe because it hadn't been in use for a while but we found it very cold in the property on arrival so needed the air con units in the rooms left on for the rest of the day until night to warm the place up but once that had done the job we were veryver más

Aan alles is gedacht, zoals handdoeken en theedoeken en afwasblokjes. Ook suiker, zout en kruiden waren aanwezig.

Er was een heerlijke loungehoek buiten in de schaduw. En er waren ligbedden bij het zwembad. Gemakkelijk verplaatsbare tuinstoelen heb ik gemist, zodat je 's ochtends lekker een kopje koffie in de zon kunt drinken.
