Finca ‘Ses Rotes’, designed with charm by our owner Aina, thinking of every little detail you may need. Here you will be far away from mass tourism and you will find peace and relaxation.
If you like to enjoy your holidays in the outdoors, this villa is for you. The surrounding environment is idyllic to disconnect and enjoy Mallorca, the combination of stone laid one by one and a modern design, make this place special and comfortable. The swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers, where you can relax surrounded by nature. Under the trees there is a dining area with barbecue, where you can enjoy great evenings outdoors.
The interior space is special, the atmosphere of freshness and combination between rural and modern is present in every corner of the house. On entering you will find a large dark olive table and the modern kitchen, equipped to perfection with toaster, filter coffee machine, kitchenware, utensils and many more things that will make your holidays easier. Two comfortable grey sofas are waiting for you to relax or watch TV with wifi connection overlooking the pool.
The 3 double bedrooms (two en-suite) are fully equipped with fitted wardrobes and comfortable mattresses for extra rest, air conditioning for hot days in each room. The 3 bathrooms are complete, one has a bathtub and the other 2 have showers.
The finca is located on the outskirts of Campanet and close to the villages of Búger and Sa Pobla, where you can find shops, exquisite restaurants and bars and good bakeries where you can buy Mallorcan specialities such as ensaïmadas. In the local markets of Campanet (Monday), Búger (Saturday), Sa Pobla (Sunday) or Alcúdia (Tuesday and Sunday) you can find fresh products to prepare delicious meals. The wonderful sandy beaches of Playa de Muro and Playa de Alcúdia are only 16 km away.

Kitchen had everything we needed, including spices and cooking oil. Beach towels and umbrellas were a nice addition. Loved the rain shower heads in the bathrooms. The only small thing that we didn't like was having to take our trash to the dump ourselves. We didn't understand how it worked and ended up having to pay (€1/small bag). Plus it took us 45 minutes on the day of check out which we didn't budget for.

Highly recommended for those who don’t want to stay right in the middle of tourist areas.

The above-ground pool is fine for cooling off, but a real swimming pool would truly complete this accommodation. There is more than enough space, and we of course understand that this would be a significant investment. Perhaps something for the near see more

We weren’t particularly fond of the tarp on the table and the sheets over the sofa. We do, however, understand that you want to protect the furniture. |

My first time at an airb&b. I chose to stay here as I was on my own for a week and wanted privacy, space and a pool. Three bedrooms was a bit overkill for me, but I got the space, peace and pool I was after! Everything was perfect, like walking into see more

Three bedrooms was a bit overkill for me, but I got the space, peace and pool I was after! Everything was perfect, like walking into a show home. I will always stay here when I’m in Mallorca. Hopefully next time with my family to make use of all the space and bedrooms. I would say you need to have a car as it’s remote-ish (just what I wanted). I can’t think of a negative thing to say. I paid around £1,200 I think for a week. As a very frequent traveller that’s often 3 nights in a hotel that doesn’t come close to the peace and tranquility I felt here. Bravo and thank you for a wonderful stay. James Uk 48 years young today!

A nice, quiet place to come back to every evening after long days out.

Scheint allerdings normal zu sein für die Jahreszeit. Ansonsten toller Aufenthalt und Joan sehr schnell erreichbar.

Nous y avons séjourné avec nos 4 enfants, 2 adolescents, une petite fille de 3 ans et un bébé de 7 mois. Chacun a pu profiter pleinement de l'intérieur comme de l'extérieur. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables. Tout est d'une propreté remarquable. La cuisine est très bien équipée, les nombreuses salles de bains très bien conçues... L'environnement est paisible et propice à de longues siestes. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir :).

De villa is dichtbij de snelweg, dus je kan vanuit daar makkelijk overal naartoe rijden. Leuke restaurants in omliggende dorpen, bakkertjes en supermarkten zijn ook in de buurt (Sa Pablo en Inca. Het was altijd fijn om na een hele dag strandjes bezoeken of andere activiteiten, weer terug te komen in de villa. Het contact met Joan was ook fijn. Hij reageert erg snel op de berichten. Ik zou bij een volgend bezoek aan Mallorca, zeker weer deze villa boeken.

Sehr schöne Finca mit allem was es braucht. Besonders geeignet für mehrere Parteien. Sehr gute, hochwertige Einrichtung, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Gut gelegen um die ganze Insel zu erkunden. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin.

Für uns als 3 Generationenfamilie war die Unterkunft top. Großzügig innen als auch großes Areal draußen, welches die Kleinkinder gefahrlos nutzen konnten. Wir mussten nicht jeden ihrer Schritte beobachten, sehr angenehm. Wer allerdings eine schnell erreichbare Infrastruktur haben möchte ist hier fehl am Platz, denn man muss für alles das Auto nutzen. Supermärkte sind auch nicht mal eben um die Ecke. Dafür ist es ruhig, selbst die nahe gelegene Autobahn ist kaum hörbar. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Überall ist Fußbodenheizung vorhanden, welches wir im Februar sehr zu schätzen wussten, denn die Abende waren kühl. Es war alles vorhanden, was zum kochen nötigst ist und die nicht funktionstüchtige Kaffeemaschine wurde prompt ersetzt. Dafür vielen Dank an den Eigentümer. Die Schlafräume sind alle in ähnlicher Größe und mit guten Betten ausgestattet. Das einzige worauf ich persönlich gut verzichten könnte sind offene Bäder samt Toiletten. Fazit: tolle Unterkunft🤩

De rust en ruimte van het huisje waren heerlijk. En het was een positieve verrassing dat er strandhanddoeken waren om te gebruiken. Ook het drinken in de koelkast bij aankomst waren een welkome verrassing. Het was fijn dat elke slaapkamer een eigen bsee more

Aan alles is gedacht, zoals handdoeken en theedoeken en afwasblokjes. Ook suiker, zout en kruiden waren aanwezig.

Er was een heerlijke loungehoek buiten in de schaduw. En er waren ligbedden bij het zwembad. Gemakkelijk verplaatsbare tuinstoelen heb ik gemist, zodat je 's ochtends lekker een kopje koffie in de zon kunt drinken.
