Description
Small and charming house set in Cala San Vicente, in Pollensa, Mallorca, just in front of the sea and the beach, with astonishing views. It is not necessary to rent a car, as there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and excursion centers in the immediate vicinity.
This former fisherman house is now a nice and comfortable property with a lovely living room, open to a graceful kitchen and a dining area. There are also two nice bedrooms, one of them with two single beds and the other one with a double bed, and a bathroom. Outside there is a friendly terrace with a dining area, where you can enjoy wonderful views of the sea and the mountains. ‘If your group consists of more people, you have the possibility to book the adjoining accommodation ‘Blue fisherman house 3’, which offers space for 2 more people.
There is also a terrace with sun loungers that belongs to the property, near the sea. A wonderful place to enjoy the sea, the calm and the views for an amazing holidays.
There is no need to rent a car as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, beautiful beaches and excursion centres are all nearby. The nearby Mallorcan and well-known restaurants serve fresh fish and delicious paellas.
You'll be able to enjoy stunning views of the turquoise sea, adventure trails and prehistoric caves.
It should be noted that we have fiber optics with high speed internet (1000 MB) to be able to telework.
All rooms are air-conditioned and available 24 hours a day.
Fiber optic internet, ideal for working from home.
Smoking is allowed outdoors

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.

Wir haben uns mit unseren beiden Töchtern (14 u. 12) gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber, aufgeräumt und praktisch. Die Lage und Aussicht ist der Hammer -) Besser als man beschreiben kann. Einzig den Kopf habe ich mir einige Male gestoßen, da see more

Kommunikation lief perfekt👍Wir mussten mal die Batterien für Klimaanlage austauschen- gleich am nächsten Morgen wurden sie abgelegt mit einer weiteren leckeren Flasche Wein. Danke Pep! Insgesamt waren wir sehr froh über die kleine Bucht auf Mallorca, weit weg von dem Massentourismus... Wir haben das ehemalige Fischerhäusschen sehr genossen!

We loved it. A great stay with my family! The apartment is an absolute gem, spacious and kept beautifully clean. Beautiful cottage right on the sea front with stunning views. Pep was really friendly and helpful, easy cheack in and check out. We would love to come back in the future :)

The location is unbeatable. Apart from the wonderful house and beach just stepping out the house, there are many activities you can do such as snorkeling. We had a small setback but they solved it immediately! We are very grateful for this dream vacasee more
