The property impresses with its spectacular outdoor area, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and a huge garden, ideal for relaxing, walking or spending time with the family. The large beach-style pool invites you to cool off and sunbathe throughout the day, with a maximum depth of 2.10 m and comfortable loungers to relax in a unique and peaceful atmosphere.

The villa extends over two storeys:

On the ground floor you will find a spacious and bright open-plan kitchen, fully equipped, with direct access outside and onto the terrace. There is also a cosy living and dining room, a complete bathroom with shower and two bedrooms:
• A bedroom with a 140 cm bed and wardrobe.
• A bedroom with two 90 cm single beds.

On the upper floor there is a large living area with television and air conditioning, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the island. In addition, this floor offers:
• A bedroom with a 160 cm bed and air conditioning.
• A complete bathroom with bathtub, ideal for relaxing moments.

In the outdoor area, guests can also enjoy a pleasant barbecue area and an outdoor dining area – perfect for shared breakfasts, lunches or dinners in the midst of nature and tranquillity.

The villa's location allows guests to discover both the peaceful Mallorcan countryside and some of the most beautiful places in the north-east of the island. Just a short drive away, you can visit:
• The charming village of Artà with its traditional market, restaurants and authentic Mallorcan atmosphere.
• The historic sanctuary Sant Salvador with breathtaking panoramic views.
• The famous beaches and coves of the area such as Cala Torta, Cala Mesquida, Canyamel and Cala Agulla.
• The well-known Artà Caves, an absolute must on the island.
• The nature reserve of the Llevant Peninsula, ideal for hiking and nature trails.

IMPORTANT

On the Balearic Islands, an ecotourism tax ("Ecotasa") must be paid for every guest over 16 years of age. The rate is €0.55 per person per day from 1 November to 30 April and €2.20 per person per day from 1 May to 31 October. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is mandatory.

Pool towels and a welcome basket are included with every booking. We also provide all information about the surrounding area (bars, restaurants, beaches, attractions, etc.) in an online guide so that guests can make the most of their stay.

The house is divided as follows: A small entrance area leads directly to the cosy living room, to the left of which is a small bedroom with a 90 cm wide bed, followed by a bathroom. Next is the kitchen, equipped with a modern ceramic hob, dishwasher and everything necessary for cooking. From here, you also have direct access to the beautiful terrace. Also from the kitchen, a staircase leads to the first floor with another 3 bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, a large double bed and a small private terrace with views of the pool and the ochre-coloured rooftops of the surrounding area. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom and are furnished with a double bed and another with two single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The house is built with stone walls to keep the interior cool during the hot summer months and has central heating for cosy rooms in winter.
High-speed internet with 600 Mbps fibre optic connection ensures a fast connection, ideal for remote working or streaming. The house also features a SmartTV for entertainment.

There is also a barbecue and a garden table with chairs, ideal for grilling local produce and enjoying delicious outdoor meals. This is ideal for socialising. The sun loungers next to the pool offer the perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy the sun.

The city centre is just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to explore local shops, cafés, restaurants and cultural points of interest without a car.

Here in the north, in the beautiful towns of Pollença and Alcudia, where island life once began, you can still learn a lot about the ancestors and the first inhabitants of the island.

The old town of Pollensa is, without a doubt, one of the most popular places in northern Mallorca. Here there is a wide selection of exclusive restaurants and cafés that cater to the individual tastes of visitors.
Artists from all over the world have been coming to Pollensa for many years to find inspiration in the landscape and the Serra de Tramuntana. Numerous celebrities such as Winston Churchill, Agatha Christie, British writer Peter Ustinov, German rock singer Peter Maffay and many others have chosen this beautiful place as a holiday destination or second home.
The landmarks of the town are the 365 steps and the Calvary, at the top of which there is a small 18th-century Baroque chapel. Each step symbolises a day of the year. In the historic atmosphere of Pollença, numerous cultural events and music festivals are held.

The Port of Pollença is 6 km away, in the north of Mallorca. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are sheltered from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Unlike other tourist centres in Mallorca, the coast is not completely urbanised with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide selection of cafés and restaurants, clothing shops, supermarkets and doctors.
