Description
Beautiful three storey townhouse located in Alcudia with a unique sea view.
The first floor has all the comforts from a spacious living room with dining table, large windows and a large terrace with sea views. a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom and a fully fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and more.
On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms, one double en suite with fitted wardrobes and a spectacular terrace with sea views. On the other side a bedroom with two single beds and a complete bathroom.
On the third floor is the master bedroom with double bed en suite, the best views of the property towards the sea.
A few steps in front of the property there is a direct access to a beach with crystal clear water.
It is adapted to receive cyclists as it has a large garage to be able to store them.
Please note: (There is the possibility of renting the twin house next door and even up to 8 people can be accommodated in the same house, this must be requested on request).
It should be noted that we have fibre optics with high speed internet to be able to telework.
Smoking is allowed outdoors
All bedrooms are air-conditioned and available 24 hours a day.
Pool dimensions 7x3m / Depth max: 1.8m /Depth min:0.9m

This village is a small paradise right by the sea; there are only two hotels, three restaurants and a supermarket.
The sand and pebble beach " Cala Poncet" in Alcanda has crystal clear waters and wild nature.
The restaurant La Terraza is beautifully situated by the sea with excellent cuisine and a dream view of the passing yachts.
At the end of the village is an 18-hole golf course. The Club de Golf Alcanada was built in 2003 by the legendary golf architects Robert Trent Jones Sr. & Jr. and is located in the middle of a nature reserve and offers sensational views of the bay.
The charming Puerto de Alcudia with its harbour promenade and the beautiful old town of Alcudia can be reached by car or bus from Alcanada in just a few minutes.

Pool towels and a welcome basket are provided with every booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday.

This chalet can accommodate babies. Cot and high chair included on request at no extra cost.
Please inform us a few days before your arrival about your expected time of arrival (flight/boat number if applicable) to arrange together the handover of the keys.

The villa is very spacious, modern and clean. The views from the top two floors are fantastic and give a great view across the bay. The pool is just the right size, and gets loads of sun all day. Port D'alcudia is approx. 5 mins drive, andalthough yosee more

Port D'alcudia is approx. 5 mins drive, andalthough you could walk it in 20 to 30 mins, being lazy we drove. However, there are two restaurants and a Spar just two mins walk around the corner. Maggie and Pep, are very helpful, and we would recommend this villa, and would certainly recommend Homevillas360

This really is as good as the pictures show. The house is very spacious and well equipped with everything your group will need for a relaxing holiday. The property is clean and bright with good aircon in bedrooms if you need it. The pool is bigger and deeper than it looks, it's cleaned and water quality checked regularly. Directions, Checkin/out all very easy and hosts very responsive to questions and requests. This rental was great value for the size of our party and time of year. We also had the pleasure of meeting the property owner who was very friendly and gave us a lot of useful information on the local area. There's a nice coastal walk from Alcanada and you can wade out to the Lighthouse Islandswim in the crystal clear waters in Cala Poncet a minute walk away. There's a couple of really good local restaurantsthe busier Port d'Alcudia area is only 20 min walk away.
