Only a few minutes from the sea, on the beautiful bay, Cala San Vicente lies this beautiful villa with pool.
The entrance leads to the right into the lounge, where there is a desk. The dining room is equipped with panoramic windows and leads directly onto the terrace with seating and dining area, as well as into the beautifully landscaped garden with pool. The fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet are located on the right side of the living area. To the left of the entrance is a double bedroom with a large bathroom and access to the front terrace. Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed, another bedroom with a double bed and finally another room with two single beds. Furthermore, there are 3 bathrooms on this level. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Cala de Sant Vicente is a small holiday resort on the rocky north coast and consists of three small beaches as well as a few bars and restaurants. You can explore the other beaches on foot.
The place is perfect for a relaxing holiday on Mallorca in a secluded location.
Supermarkets, bars, restaurants and excursion centres are in the immediate vicinity. The beautiful crystal-clear beach of Cala Molins is just 50 metres away.

Big garden, nice pool (but it’s in shade so it’s a bit cold), a lot of space on the terrace. Several clean bathrooms (showerheads could be cleaned&replaced, a bit old). Very good location near a beach with a parking spot.

Wir haben eine Woche mit 6 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern dort verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war immer sehr schnell und sehr gut! Schafzimmer und Badezimmer sehr sauber! Das Haus liegt 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und ist sehr gutausgsee more

Das Haus liegt 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und ist sehr gutausgestattet. Mehrere kleine Supermärkte um die Ecke, große Supermärkte in 10 Minuten per Auto erreichbar. Der große Außenbereich mit großer Terrasse, schöner Rasenfläche und Pool macht das Haus optimal für einen entspannten Urlaub für Gruppen und Familien. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen!
