Spectacular villa located in Pollensa, in the north of the island with views of the Tramuntana.

It is located in a very quiet area, but at the same time close to supermarkets and the town of Pollensa where they will be able to go out and explore. The famous Cala Sant Vicens is a 10-minute drive away.

The villa is developed on two floors; on the first floor you will find the living room, a complete kitchen and a bathroom with shower with access to the garden, two bedrooms, one double and the other with two single beds, these two share a full bathroom.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, these also share a full bathroom.

Outside you will be able to enjoy a large pool with sun loungers, a pool table, a ping pong table accompanied by a complete barbecue.

There is the possibility of renting the neighboring farm on request, it has a capacity of 8 people.

The holiday villa is located in the quiet area just 2 minutes drive from the village of Pollensa. The well-known beaches of Cala San Vicente 5 km away. The crystal clear waters and rock formations make Cala Sant Vicente an ideal place for diving.
In the old town of Pollença you will find many shopping opportunities and a variety of restaurants. There is also a large fruit and vegetable market here every Sunday.



IMPORTANT

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.
Per day and person, the tax is
from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and
from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.

The landmark of the old town are the 365 steps and the Calvario, at the top of which is the small baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolises a day of the year.

Puerto de Pollença the port of Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca and about 6 km from the old town. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Unlike other holiday resorts on Mallorca, the coast is not completely built up with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide choice of cafés and restaurants and some excellent hotels.

For larger groups you can rent the villa “Can Bojaca”, which is located next door and offers space for another 6 people.

The entrance leads you to the fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and induction. Next door you will find a spacious living room with a predominance of wood and stone, fireplace, satellite TV and DVD and access to the outside.

The property has 4 double bedrooms, all with air conditioning. One of them has a 150 cm double bed, en suite bathroom and access to the outside. The rest have 2 single beds of 90 cm, one of which also has access to the outside, and they share 2 full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.

The outdoor area of the house should be highlighted, since it has a porch that wraps around the house, giving rise to different areas with tables and chairs. In addition, one of these areas is able to be completely covered with transparent canvas and thus be able to spend an evening outside in any weather. You will also find a barbecue, a toilet, a table tennis table, swings, large garden with trees, swimming pool and plenty of parking.

The villa is located in the quiet area of La Font, just 1.5 km from the town of Pollensa. The popular beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa are 4 km away.
