«Petra Holiday Home», una bonita casa de pueblo renovada y exclusiva, lejos del turismo de masas, donde encontrarás paz y tranquilidad, perfecta para desconectar. Buen punto de partida para visitar la isla.
La casa tiene dos plantas. En la planta baja está el salón con aire acondicionado, televisión y dos sofás. Un cuarto de baño con ducha a ras de suelo, bañera y calefacción por suelo radiante para los días fríos.
La cocina está totalmente equipada con una mesa para cuatro personas, chimenea y acceso directo a la terraza, donde hay una barbacoa Weber, asientos al aire libre y una ducha para quitarse la sal al volver de la playa o para refrescarse antes de acostarse.
En la planta superior hay dos dormitorios dobles, cada uno con una cama de matrimonio y aire acondicionado. Entre los dos dormitorios hay otro cuarto de baño con WC, lavabo doble y lavadora. Todas las habitaciones disponen de calefacción.
La casa se encuentra a pocos metros de la plaza del pueblo, donde encontrará una gran variedad de restaurantes y cafeterías con amplias terrazas, como Can Oms, un restaurante de cocina tradicional mallorquina especializado en carnes y pescados a la brasa. Los fines de semana podrá disfrutar de una agradable velada con música en directo. A menos de 200 metros se encuentra también el «Celler de Petra», que ofrece, entre otros platos, «arroz brut», «cochinillo» o «frito mallorquín». Si busca sol y playa, Son Serra de Marina está a menos de 20 minutos en coche, y Playas de Muro, a 30 minutos.

En la primera planta se encuentran dos habitaciones dobles, ambas equipadas con camas de 2 m x 90 cm, armario, baño completo y aire acondicionado. Son espacios diseñados para garantizar un descanso cómodo y tranquilo.

En la parte trasera de la casa podrás disfrutar de una agradable terraza privada con una piscina de 4 m x 2 m, perfecta para refrescarte durante los días más cálidos y relajarte con total tranquilidad.

Importante: La vivienda se encuentra en una zona ACIRE (acceso restringido a vehículos) y la calle del alojamiento es peatonal. El acceso en coche está prohibido.

Wir waren rundum begeistert von dieser wunderschönen kleinen Stadtfinca auf Mallorca! Schon beim Betreten hatten wir einen richtig tollen ersten Eindruck: Alles war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit vielen kleinen mallorquinischen Details dekoriert. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern dort und haben uns direkt sehr wohlgefühlt. Beide Schlafzimmer sind gut ausgestattet und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Ein besonderes Highlight war der schöne Außenbereich mit Außendusche und Pool. Der Pool ist zwar nicht besonders groß, mit etwa 1,50 Metern Tiefe aber perfekt für eine angenehme Abkühlung. Eine besonders schöne Idee fanden wir die kleine Fotowand mit einer Weltkarte. Dort können sich die Gäste mit einem Polaroidfoto und einem Pin verewigen und markieren, aus welchem Teil der Welt sie kommen. Direkt vor der Unterkunft kann man nicht parken. Das war für uns kein Problem, da ein paar Meter entfernt ein Parkplatz war. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden wieder buchen!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. L’accès est très simple et le parking situé à proximité est vraiment pratique. Joan est très réactif, disponible et arrangeant, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. La maison est parfaitement équipée, tout est à disposition et il y a plein de petites attentions qui font la différence. Nous avons particulièrement aimé le tableau où chaque voyageur peut laisser une petite trace de son passage, c’est une idée originale et conviviale. La salle de bain est magnifique, la cuisine est très fonctionnelle, mais notre véritable coup de cœur reste sans hésiter la cour extérieure. La piscine, les plantes, la décoration et tout l’aménagement ont été pensés avec beaucoup de goût. C’est un endroit où l’on a adoré passer du temps et se détendre. Le logement est idéalement situé au cœur de l’île, ce qui permet de rejoindre facilement tous les points d’intérêt. Le village est calme et paisible. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter.

Een prachtig huis en je voelt je direct thuis! Alles is aanwezig en zelfs extra’s wat je normaal gesproken niet krijgt. Huis ligt ook perfect in het centrum en alles is beloopbaar. Is het geld echt dubbel en dwars waard!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem Haus. Man spürt das in jedem Detail Liebe steckt. Die Einrichtung ist super schön und die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Auch im März war es durch die Heizung warm genug und gemütlich. Die Küche ist der Mittelpunkt des Hauses und hat wirklich alles was man benötigt. Petra ist ein ruhiges entspanntes Dorf, mit kleinen Supermärkten, Bäckern und Restaurants. Alles super süß. In Manacor, 10 Minuten mit dem Auto, gibt is zudem die großen Supermärkte. Wir kommen wieder ❤️

La maison est située à 5' à pied du centre de Petra où il y a quelques restaurants, bars et terrasses. C'est une très jolie petite ville très bien située pour accéder aux différents endroits de l'ile. Nous étions en voiture que nous garions soit devant la maison, soit à quelques dizaines de mètres dans un parking public. La communication avec Joan était facile et l'arrivée était très simple. Bref, on recommande vivement.

An manchen Tagen hatten wir mit Ameisen zu kämpfen, ich denke aber sowas ist in einem so alten Haus “normal”.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Es wurde an viele Dinge gedacht, die man im Alltag braucht. Allerdings hatten wir Probleme mit Geckos und Ameisen im Haus, was das ganze negativ beeinflusst hat. Wir hätten uns Lösungsvorschläge gewünscht.

Mit zwei Badezimmern ist auch für vier Gäste gut gesorgt. Das Haus lässt sich gut, mit einem Heizkörper pro Raum, beheizen. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker und Restaurants in fünf Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Ebenso eine Bahnstation. |

Petra is a lovely town that was completely free of tourists when we visited, lots of welcoming locals in the bars and restaurants. We hired a car during our stay meaning we got to travel every corner of the island and with the house’s location being so convenient. Brilliant road systems and easy parking just outside the house. I would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to enjoy the island for what it truly is!
