Description
"Petra Holiday Home", a beautiful, renovated and exclusive village house, far away from mass tourism, where you will find peace and relaxation, perfect for unwinding. A good starting point for visiting the island.
The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor is the living room with air conditioning, television and two sofas. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub and underfloor heating for cold days.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a table for four people, a fireplace and direct access to the terrace, where there is a Weber barbecue, outdoor seating and a shower to wash off the salt when you come back from the beachto freshen up before going to bed.
Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, each with a double bed and air conditioning. Between the two bedrooms is another bathroom with a toilet, double sink and washing machine. All rooms have heating.
The house is located just a few metres from the village square, where you will find a variety of restaurants and cafés with large terraces, such as Can Oms, a restaurant serving traditional Mallorcan cuisine specialising in grilled meat and fish. At weekends, you can enjoy a pleasant evening here with live music. Less than 200 metres away is the Celler de Petra, which offers arroz brut, cochinillo and frito mallorquín, among other dishes. If you are looking for sun and sand, Son Serra de Marina is less than 20 minutes away by car, and Playas de Muro is 30 minutes away.

The property is beautiful and the two bedrooms upstairs are very spacious. Just be careful not to leave even a crumb on the counter over night or ants will invade.

Schon beim Betreten hatten wir einen richtig tollen ersten Eindruck: Alles war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit vielen kleinen mallorquinischen Details dekoriert. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern dort und haben uns direkt sehr wohlgefühlt. Beide Schlafzimmer sind gut ausgestattet und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Ein besonderes Highlight war der schöne Außenbereich mit Außendusche und Pool. Der Pool ist zwar nicht besonders groß, mit etwa 1,50 Metern Tiefe aber perfekt für eine angenehme Abkühlung. Eine besonders schöne Idee fanden wir die kleine Fotowand mit einer Weltkarte. Dort können sich die Gäste mit einem Polaroidfoto und einem Pin verewigen und markieren, aus welchem Teil der Welt sie kommen. Direkt vor der Unterkunft kann man nicht parken. Das war für uns kein Problem, da ein paar Meter entfernt ein Parkplatz war. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden wieder buchen!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. L’accès est très simple et le parking situé à proximité est vraiment pratique. Joan est très réactif, disponible et arrangeant, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. La maison est parfaitement équipée, tout est à disposition et il y a plein de petites attentions qui font la différence. Nous avons particulièrement aimé le tableau où chaque voyageur peut laisser une petite trace de son passage, c’est une idée originale et conviviale. La salle de bain est magnifique, la cuisine est très fonctionnelle, mais notre véritable coup de cœur reste sans hésiter la cour extérieure. La piscine, les plantes, la décoration et tout l’aménagement ont été pensés avec beaucoup de goût. C’est un endroit où l’on a adoré passer du temps et se détendre. Le logement est idéalement situé au cœur de l’île, ce qui permet de rejoindre facilement tous les points d’intérêt. Le village est calme et paisible. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter.

Een prachtig huis en je voelt je direct thuis! Alles is aanwezig en zelfs extra’s wat je normaal gesproken niet krijgt. Huis ligt ook perfect in het centrum en alles is beloopbaar. Is het geld echt dubbel en dwars waard!

Auch im März war es durch die Heizung warm genug und gemütlich. Die Küche ist der Mittelpunkt des Hauses und hat wirklich alles was man benötigt. Petra ist ein ruhiges entspanntes Dorf, mit kleinen Supermärkten, Bäckern und Restaurants. Alles super süß. In Manacor, 10 Minuten mit dem Auto, gibt is zudem die großen Supermärkte. Wir kommen wieder ❤️

Très beau logement, spacieux, calme et confortable. Majorque est assez frais en février mais le logement était bien chauffé. La maison est située à 5' à pied du centre de Petra où il y a quelques restaurants, bars et terrasses. C'est une très jolie petite ville très bien située pour accéder aux différents endroits de l'ile. Nous étions en voiture que nous garions soit devant la maison, soit à quelques dizaines de mètres dans un parking public. La communication avec Joan était facile et l'arrivée était très simple. Bref, on recommande vivement.

Hermosa casa en Petra. Joan es un host muy atento, nos respondió enseguida en todo momento. La casa es hermosa y super bien equipada!! A tener en cuenta que la casa no tiene aire acondicionado de pared sino los enchufables, aun asi esta muy bien.

Mit zwei Badezimmern ist auch für vier Gäste gut gesorgt. Das Haus lässt sich gut, mit einem Heizkörper pro Raum, beheizen. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker und Restaurants in fünf Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Ebenso eine Bahnstation. |
