Description
"Petra Holiday Home", a beautiful, renovated and exclusive village house, far away from mass tourism, where you will find peace and relaxation, perfect for unwinding. A good starting point for visiting the island.
The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor is the living room with air conditioning, television and two sofas. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub and underfloor heating for cold days.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a table for four people, a fireplace and direct access to the terrace, where there is a Weber barbecue, outdoor seating and a shower to wash off the salt when you come back from the beachto freshen up before going to bed.
Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, each with a double bed and air conditioning. Between the two bedrooms is another bathroom with a toilet, double sink and washing machine. All rooms have heating.
The house is located just a few metres from the village square, where you will find a variety of restaurants and cafés with large terraces, such as Can Oms, a restaurant serving traditional Mallorcan cuisine specialising in grilled meat and fish. At weekends, you can enjoy a pleasant evening here with live music. Less than 200 metres away is the Celler de Petra, which offers arroz brut, cochinillo and frito mallorquín, among other dishes. If you are looking for sun and sand, Son Serra de Marina is less than 20 minutes away by car, and Playas de Muro is 30 minutes away.

Important: The property is located within an ACIRE zone (restricted vehicle access area), and the street where the house is situated is pedestrian-only. Access by car is not permitted.

Among the most popular is Can Oms, renowned for its grilled meats and fresh fish, with live music on weekends. Petra is a lovely town that was completely free of tourists when we visited, lots of welcoming locals in the bars and restaurants. We hired a car during our stay meaning we got to travel every corner of the island and with the house’s location being so convenient. Brilliant road systems and easy parking just outside the house. I would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to enjoy the island for what it truly is!
