En esta zona encontrarás un amplio y acogedor salón con estufa de pellet, televisión y sofá, ideal para relajarte después de un día de excursiones. La cocina está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de alta gama y dispone de una gran mesa para 6 comensales, perfecta para compartir momentos inolvidables con familia y amigos.

En la primera planta se encuentran dos habitaciones dobles, ambas equipadas con camas de 2 m x 90 cm, armario, baño completo y aire acondicionado. Son espacios diseñados para garantizar un descanso cómodo y tranquilo.

En la parte trasera de la casa podrás disfrutar de una agradable terraza privada con una piscina de 4 m x 2 m, perfecta para refrescarte durante los días más cálidos y relajarte con total tranquilidad.

Importante: La vivienda se encuentra en una zona ACIRE (acceso restringido a vehículos) y la calle del alojamiento es peatonal. El acceso en coche está prohibido.

La casa está situada a escasos metros de la plaza de Petra, donde encontrarás una excelente oferta gastronómica. Entre los restaurantes más destacados se encuentra Can Oms, especializado en carnes a la brasa y pescados a la plancha, con música en vivo durante los fines de semana. A menos de 200 metros también podrás disfrutar del famoso Celler de Petra, conocido por sus platos tradicionales mallorquines como el arroz brut, el cochinillo o el frito mallorquín.
Si buscas disfrutar del mar, en menos de 30 minutos en coche llegarás a Son Serra de Marina, mientras que en media hora podrás relajarte en las espectaculares Playas de Muro, consideradas entre las mejores playas de Mallorca.

«Petra Holiday Home», una bonita casa de pueblo renovada y exclusiva, lejos del turismo de masas, donde encontrarás paz y tranquilidad, perfecta para desconectar. Buen punto de partida para visitar la isla.
La casa tiene dos plantas. En la planta baja está el salón con aire acondicionado, televisión y dos sofás. Un cuarto de baño con ducha a ras de suelo, bañera y calefacción por suelo radiante para los días fríos.
La cocina está totalmente equipada con una mesa para cuatro personas, chimenea y acceso directo a la terraza, donde hay una barbacoa Weber, asientos al aire libre y una ducha para quitarse la sal al volver de la playa o para refrescarse antes de acostarse.
En la planta superior hay dos dormitorios dobles, cada uno con una cama de matrimonio y aire acondicionado. Entre los dos dormitorios hay otro cuarto de baño con WC, lavabo doble y lavadora. Todas las habitaciones disponen de calefacción.
La casa se encuentra a pocos metros de la plaza del pueblo, donde encontrará una gran variedad de restaurantes y cafeterías con amplias terrazas, como Can Oms, un restaurante de cocina tradicional mallorquina especializado en carnes y pescados a la brasa. Los fines de semana podrá disfrutar de una agradable velada con música en directo. A menos de 200 metros se encuentra también el «Celler de Petra», que ofrece, entre otros platos, «arroz brut», «cochinillo» o «frito mallorquín». La casa está muy bien, de reciente reforma. Baños nuevos, habitaciones amplias, el pueblo de Petra es muy bonito, como todo en Mallorca, queda a 40 min en coche de playas y de Palma. La casa agradablemente decorada, la piscina no es muy amplia pero cver más

En el pueblo, hay sitios de lo mejor para desayunar (Can S´Escolana) y un par de restaurantes también muy recomendables, Es Celler y Ca n´ Oms. todos lo servicios: súper, farmacia, etc |

The pool is unfortunately shaded most of the time, but it's still perfect for a quick dip to cool off in the heat. Parking is not allowed in front of the house, but if you’re lucky, you can find a spot in the surrounding streets – otherwise, we always parked in the public parking lot in town (a 5-minute walk). The town of Petra is centrally located inland, making it a great base for day trips in all directions. All in all, a great place to stay for a vacation with friends or family 🫶

We really loved our stay here. Such a beautiful home and with the air con and pool (bigger than expected and ideal for the kids) the August heat wasn't a factor. Didn't have much expectation for Petra but it turned out to be a really lovely little town far enough away from the big resorts to be quiet, but close enough to get anywhere on the island very easily. It also has a number of nice restaurants and several grocery shops. There's also a bakery, butcher and wine cellar (and vineyards a walkable distance just outside Petra). There is a 5 minute walk to the car park but the really pleasant trade off is that the house is in the centre of town but the street is completely devoid of traffic.

Das liegt wahrscheinlich daran das der Ort noch nicht überrollt wurde vom Massentourismus. Die Schlaf und Wohnräume sind klimatisiert und hochwertig ausgestattet. Das Interior passt insgesamt. Der Pool im Innenhof ist sehr sauber, dass Wasser ist erfrischend. Alles was blitzblank sauber, die beste Unterkunft die ich auf Mallorca bei meinen 3 Aufenthalten genießen durfte. Wir hatten eine super Zeit! Joan war jederzeit erreichbar und hat schnell geantwortet. Konnten schon früher in die Wohnung und auch 2 Stunden später raus da unser Flug erst sehr spät war. Man muss wissen das man nicht an das Haus fahren kann um zu paver más
Wir hatten eine super Zeit! Joan war jederzeit erreichbar und hat schnell geantwortet. Konnten schon früher in die Wohnung und auch 2 Stunden später raus da unser Flug erst sehr spät war. Man muss wissen das man nicht an das Haus fahren kann um zu parken. Die steht auch in der Beschreibung, haben wir allerdings etwas unterschätzt. Es gibt aber in unmittelbarer Nähe 2x die Woche einen Markt und auch einen kleinen Supermarkt. Petra ist ein sehr süßer Ort der tagsüber von Fahrradfahrern überschwemmt wird aber abends ganz ruhig ist, die Stimmung ist sehr schön. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und die Matratzen sind klasse. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter.

Die Räume großzügig und geräumig. Oben befinden sich die Schlafräume sowie zwei Badezimmer. Es gibt sehr viele Stauraummöglichkeiten, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett und einen Wäscheständer. Uns hat leider der Trockner gefehlt. Die Matratzen waren sehr bequem und die Bettwäsche hochwertig. An der Sauberkeit kann man nicht meckern. Selbst der Kühlschrank war sehr sauber. Wir können diese Unterkunft auch für den Winter wärmstens empfehlen. Durch den Ofen und die Klimaanlage war es echt warm im Haus. Auch die Badezimmer. Der Boden ist ebenfalls recht warm. Hausschuhe kann ich aber für den mittleren Steinboden im Erdgeschoss empfehlen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Kein Verkehr. Parkplatz ist 7 Min Fußweg entfernt. Aber kein Problem. Ein kleiner toller Supermarkt befindet sich um die Ecke. Vielen Dank ❤️

beautiful open space !! we enjoyed our stay, located in a peaceful area even to witness the outdoor fresh produce market. this place has been listed above & beyond our expectations. it was fairly nippy when we stayed however joan helped us navigate around the heating & provided the extra tools needed to take care of the place shortly after asking.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und balanciert perfekt zwischen rustikal & modern. Man bekommt alles was man von den Bildern und der Beschreibung her erwartet. Das kleine aber dicht besiedelte Dorf Petra ist dank der schmalen Gassen und der nur rar befahrenen Fußgängerzone wirklich ruhig und ein Unikat auf der Insel. Restaurants, Supermärkte, Apotheke usw. sind fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr gemütlich. Rund um das Zentrum findet man immer Parkplätze von denen man durchschnittlich 5 Minuten zur Unterkunft spaziert. Die Gastgeber waren hilfsbereit und haben auf Sonderanfragen wie eine Reinigung des Pools sofort reagiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Stadthäuschen jederzeit wieder buchen.

Der er overraskende gode restauranter i gå afstand og de lokale er meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Kan klart anbefales!

A beautiful house in a great location. Spacious and very clean. Comfortable beds. Communication was fantastic and Joan was extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Only small downside was the place was advertised as 3 bedrooms but only 2 avaiver más

Only small downside was the place was advertised as 3 bedrooms but only 2 available on arrival. He did offer to open it up but we made do with the two. We had a few things not work and he quickly fixed them. Would definitely recommend.
