On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, both equipped with 2 m x 90 cm beds, a closet, a full bathroom, and air conditioning. These spaces are designed to ensure a comfortable and peaceful night’s rest.
Outdoors
At the back of the house, you can enjoy a pleasant private terrace with a 4 m x 2 m pool, perfect for cooling off on hot days and relaxing in complete tranquility.
Parking and Access
Important: The property is located in an ACIRE zone (restricted vehicle access), and the street where the accommodation is located is pedestrian-only. Vehicle access is prohibited.

The house is located just a few metres from Petra's main square, where you will find an excellent selection of restaurants and cafés. Among the most popular is Can Oms, renowned for its grilled meats and fresh fish, with live music on weekends. Less than 200 metres away, you can also visit the famous Celler de Petra, known for traditional Mallorcan dishes such as arroz brut, roast suckling pig, and frito mallorquín.
If you wish to enjoy the sea, Son Serra de Marina can be reached in less than 30 minutes by car, while the spectacular Playa de Muro, considered one of Mallorca's finest beaches, is also just a 30-minute drive away.

"Petra Holiday Home", a beautiful, renovated and exclusive village house, far away from mass tourism, where you will find peace and relaxation, perfect for unwinding. A good starting point for visiting the island.
The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor is the living room with air conditioning, television and two sofas. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub and underfloor heating for cold days.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a table for four people, a fireplace and direct access to the terrace, where there is a Weber barbecue, outdoor seating and a shower to wash off the salt when you come back from the beachto freshen up before going to bed.
Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, each with a double bed and air conditioning. Between the two bedrooms is another bathroom with a toilet, double sink and washing machine. All rooms have heating.
The house is located just a few metres from the village square, where you will find a variety of restaurants and cafés with large terraces, such as Can Oms, a restaurant serving traditional Mallorcan cuisine specialising in grilled meat and fish. At weekends, you can enjoy a pleasant evening here with live music. Less than 200 metres away is the Celler de Petra, which offers arroz brut, cochinillo and frito mallorquín, among other dishes. We had a great stay! The place is really spacious and beautifully decorated. Well-equipped kitchen with a large countertop for cooking and an outdoor grill. The pool is unfortunately shaded most of the time, but it's still perfect for a quick dip to see more

The pool is unfortunately shaded most of the time, but it's still perfect for a quick dip to cool off in the heat. Parking is not allowed in front of the house, but if you’re lucky, you can find a spot in the surrounding streets – otherwise, we always parked in the public parking lot in town (a 5-minute walk). The town of Petra is centrally located inland, making it a great base for day trips in all directions. All in all, a great place to stay for a vacation with friends or family 🫶

We really loved our stay here. Such a beautiful home and with the air con and pool (bigger than expected and ideal for the kids) the August heat wasn't a factor. Didn't have much expectation for Petra but it turned out to be a really lovely little tosee more
We really loved our stay here. Such a beautiful home and with the air con and pool (bigger than expected and ideal for the kids) the August heat wasn't a factor. Didn't have much expectation for Petra but it turned out to be a really lovely little town far enough away from the big resorts to be quiet, but close enough to get anywhere on the island very easily. It also has a number of nice restaurants and several grocery shops. There's also a bakery, butcher and wine cellar (and vineyards a walkable distance just outside Petra). There is a 5 minute walk to the car park but the really pleasant trade off is that the house is in the centre of town but the street is completely devoid of traffic.

En el pueblo, hay sitios de lo mejor para desayunar (Can S´Escolana) y un par de restaurantes también muy recomendables, Es Celler y Ca n´ Oms. todos lo servicios: súper, farmacia, etc |

Wir hatten eine super Zeit! Joan war jederzeit erreichbar und hat schnell geantwortet. Konnten schon früher in die Wohnung und auch 2 Stunden später raus da unser Flug erst sehr spät war. Man muss wissen das man nicht an das Haus fahren kann um zu pasee more

Man muss wissen das man nicht an das Haus fahren kann um zu parken. Die steht auch in der Beschreibung, haben wir allerdings etwas unterschätzt. Es gibt aber in unmittelbarer Nähe 2x die Woche einen Markt und auch einen kleinen Supermarkt. Petra ist ein sehr süßer Ort der tagsüber von Fahrradfahrern überschwemmt wird aber abends ganz ruhig ist, die Stimmung ist sehr schön. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und die Matratzen sind klasse. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter.

Wir waren im Dezember 2025 für 8 Nächte hier und haben uns auf Anhieb beim Betreten des Hauses wohl gefühlt. Die Begrüßung mit dem Pelletofen war ein Highlight. Die Ausstattung war ausreichend. Die Räume großzügig und geräumig. Oben befinden sich die Schlafräume sowie zwei Badezimmer. Es gibt sehr viele Stauraummöglichkeiten, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett und einen Wäscheständer. Uns hat leider der Trockner gefehlt. Die Matratzen waren sehr bequem und die Bettwäsche hochwertig. An der Sauberkeit kann man nicht meckern. Selbst der Kühlschrank war sehr sauber. Wir können diese Unterkunft auch für den Winter wärmstens empfehlen. Durch den Ofen und die Klimaanlage war es echt warm im Haus. Auch die Badezimmer. Der Boden ist ebenfalls recht warm. Hausschuhe kann ich aber für den mittleren Steinboden im Erdgeschoss empfehlen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Kein Verkehr. Parkplatz ist 7 Min Fußweg entfernt. Aber kein Problem. Ein kleiner toller Supermarkt befindet sich um die Ecke. Vielen Dank ❤️

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und balanciert perfekt zwischen rustikal & modern. Man bekommt alles was man von den Bildern und der Beschreibung her erwartet. Das kleine aber dicht besiedelte Dorf Petra ist dank der schmalen Gassen und der nur rar befahrenen Fußgängerzone wirklich ruhig und ein Unikat auf der Insel. Restaurants, Supermärkte, Apotheke usw. sind fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr gemütlich. Rund um das Zentrum findet man immer Parkplätze von denen man durchschnittlich 5 Minuten zur Unterkunft spaziert. Die Gastgeber waren hilfsbereit und haben auf Sonderanfragen wie eine Reinigung des Pools sofort reagiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Stadthäuschen jederzeit wieder buchen.

Der er overraskende gode restauranter i gå afstand og de lokale er meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Kan klart anbefales!

지금 여기가 고민이라면 적극 추천합니다. 사진보다 더 좋았어요. 한적하고 조용한 동네. 매력있었습니다. 주방시설이 너무 잘되어있어서 엄마도 만족했어요. 2층 침실과 화장실도 매우 좋았어요 식기세척기, 세탁기,드라이기,다리미 장기로 여행을 계획중이라면 분명 만족할거에요. (샴푸,린스,고데기는 없어요) 토요일 집앞에서 열리는 마켓도 좋았습니다. 다만 렌트는 필수입니다. 어딜가든 1시간 정도 소요됩니다. 하지만 드라이브 하는 기분으로 그것 또한 황홀see more
