In this area, you’ll find a spacious and cozy living room with a pellet stove, TV, and sofa—ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and features a large dining table that seats 6, perfect for sharing unforgettable moments with family and friends.
Main House - Upper Floor
On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, both equipped with 2 m x 90 cm beds, a closet, a full bathroom, and air conditioning. These spaces are designed to ensure a comfortable and peaceful night’s rest.
Outdoors
At the back of the house, you can enjoy a pleasant private terrace with a 4 m x 2 m pool, perfect for cooling off on hot days and relaxing in complete tranquility.
Parking and Access
Important: The property is located in an ACIRE zone (restricted vehicle access), and the street where the accommodation is located is pedestrian-only. Vehicle access is prohibited.
Surroundings
The house is located just a few metres from Petra's main square, where you will find an excellent selection of restaurants and cafés. Among the most popular is Can Oms, renowned for its grilled meats and fresh fish, with live music on weekends. Less than 200 metres away, you can also visit the famous Celler de Petra, known for traditional Mallorcan dishes such as arroz brut, roast suckling pig, and frito mallorquín.
If you wish to enjoy the sea, Son Serra de Marina can be reached in less than 30 minutes by car, while the spectacular Playa de Muro, considered one of Mallorca's finest beaches, is also just a 30-minute drive away.

"Petra Holiday Home", a beautiful, renovated and exclusive village house, far away from mass tourism, where you will find peace and relaxation, perfect for unwinding. A good starting point for visiting the island.
The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor is the living room with air conditioning, television and two sofas. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub and underfloor heating for cold days.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a table for four people, a fireplace and direct access to the terrace, where there is a Weber barbecue, outdoor seating and a shower to wash off the salt when you come back from the beachto freshen up before going to bed.
Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, each with a double bed and air conditioning. Between the two bedrooms is another bathroom with a toilet, double sink and washing machine. All rooms have heating.
The house is located just a few metres from the village square, where you will find a variety of restaurants and cafés with large terraces, such as Can Oms, a restaurant serving traditional Mallorcan cuisine specialising in grilled meat and fish. At weekends, you can enjoy a pleasant evening here with live music. Less than 200 metres away is the Celler de Petra, which offers arroz brut, cochinillo and frito mallorquín, among other dishes. We also loved staying in Petra, an authentic village away from the crowds.
