Cookies Policy

COOKIE POLICY
The company that owns the JOSEP VICENS LLOBERA website informs you about the use of cookies on this website:

Definition
Cookies are files that can be downloaded to your computer by the web pages you visit. They are tools that play an essential role in the provision of numerous information society services. Among other things, they allow a website to store and retrieve information about the browsing habits of a user or their equipment and, depending on the information obtained, they can be used to recognise the user and improve the service offered.

The user's browser memorises cookies on the hard disk only during the current session, occupying minimal memory space and not harming the computer. Cookies do not contain any specific personal information, and most of them are deleted from the hard disk at the end of the browser session (so-called session cookies).

Most browsers accept cookies by default and, independently of them, allow or prevent temporary or stored cookies in the security settings.

This website will not link in the cookies the data stored with your personal data provided at the time of registration or purchase, without your express consent (by activating cookies in your browser).

The information stored is used to know the frequency of visits and preferences regarding the contents of the pages visited, etc. If you do not wish to allow the installation of cookies on your computer, you must configure your browser for this purpose.

If you wish to configure your browser to accept or reject, by default, all cookies, or to receive an on-screen warning of the reception of each cookie and decide, at that moment, whether or not to install them on your hard drive, we suggest you consult the help section of your browser to find out how to change the configuration you are currently using.

IP addresses: the website servers can automatically detect the IP address and domain name used by the user. An IP address is a number automatically assigned to a computer when it connects to the Internet. All this information is recorded in an activity file that allows subsequent processing of the data in order to obtain purely statistical measurements that make it possible to know the number of page impressions, the number of visits made to the web services, the order of visits, the access point, etc.

Types of Cookies

Own Cookies: These are those that are sent to the User's terminal equipment from a computer or domain managed by the Owner and from which the service requested by the User is provided.

Third-party cookies: These are those that are sent to the User's terminal equipment from a computer or domain that is not managed by the Owner, but by another entity that processes the data obtained through the cookies.

Session cookies: These are a type of cookie designed to collect and store data while the User accesses a website. They are those used to store data of the user accessing a website (operating system, type of browser, language), to facilitate browsing.

Persistent cookies: These are a type of cookie in which the data remains stored in the terminal and can be accessed and processed for a period defined by the party responsible for the cookie, which can range from a few minutes to several years.

Analysis cookies: These cookies are those that are either processed by the Owner or by third parties and allow us to quantify the number of Users and thus carry out the measurement and statistical analysis of the use made by Users of the service offered. To do this, their browsing is analysed in order to improve the range of products or services offered. Thus, they allow us to know the number of pages visited, sessions visited, browsing time, IP address and domains from which they are accessed.

Advertising Cookies: These are those that allow the management, in the most effective way possible, of the advertising spaces that, where appropriate, the Owner has included on the Website, application or platform from which the requested service is provided based on criteria such as the edited content or the frequency at which the advertisements are shown.

Behavioural advertising cookies: These cookies enable the management, in the most effective way possible, of the advertising spaces that, where appropriate, the Owner has included on the Website, application or platform from which the requested service is provided. These cookies store information on the behaviour of Users obtained through the continuous observation of their browsing habits, which allows a specific profile to be developed in order to display advertising based on the same. It is also possible that when visiting a website or opening an email where an advertisement or promotion about the products or services offered is published, a cookie may be installed in the browser that is used to subsequently display advertising related to the search that has been performed, develop a control of the ads in relation to, for example, the number of times they are seen, where they appear, at what time they are seen, etc.
